Really kind, helpful, and warm staff. Loved the location--less than a 15 minute walk to Gare du Nord.

I wish they had had nicer towels, as well as shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Very welcoming to English speaking visitors. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Entire room and bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Property close to all main train stations. That was a big relief

Toilet facilities were marginal. Toilet basin wasn’t cleaned properly after previous stays.. Safety locker wasn’t working. Marginal tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Even though downstair has free coffee and stuffs.

The beds were comfy and the location was great. Good water pressure

Accessibility- We booked here because one of our party is partially blind and travelling with a guide dog. The hotel said there were lifts from the upper floors. There are lifts however all of these lifts are staircase away from every room meaning our friend had no independence getting to and from the room. When we said this wouldn’t work the receptionist said ‘it is a Paris hotel’…… I get that but I booked because it said it had lifts from upper floors

Location is great — the metro is super close, so you can escape quickly if needed.The family room is a bit bigger, so if you like legroom while stepping over dirt, this is the place.

We stayed at this hotel from 22.12 to 26.12.2025, booking two rooms, one “family” room. Spoiler: it’s slightly bigger… and costs like a small mortgage.Rooms were dirty on arrival. The floor looked like it hadn’t seen a mop in decades (my friends had to keep their shoes on). I spent over an hour cleaning just to make it tolerable. Dust everywhere, random stains, and the air conditioning unit looked like it could start a science experiment.Shower cabin: cracks, hair, and constant flooding — apparently, the water doesn’t respect personal space. Toilet flush button was broken.Friends’ room: glass broke, cleaning was ordered in the morning… but surprise! Glass stayed on the floor for days, and after cleaning there was more hair (including some African-type hair, we’re Slavs, thanks). Also, cockroaches ran under the doors like they owned the place.Area at night felt scary: loud groups, shady vibes — not ideal for a peaceful stroll back to the hotel.

I got a room with a larger bathroom than I imagined. Rooms were clean. Mattress firm and pillows comfortable. Tea and coffee with kettle in room. Fantastic staff. Close to Gare du Nord and centre ville. Pleasant for a short stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on our first trip to Paris. The hotel was clean and safe. Yassır greeted us with a smiling face and friendly demeanor upon arrival. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Even on the day we didn't request room cleaning, our trash was collected. Thank you very much. Also, they constantly offered hot coffee and tea. There are many lovely bakeries and restaurants in the surrounding area. It's a hotel I will definitely stay at when I come to Paris again.

The hotel is clean and it is in a very good position. Very convenient to explore Paris as the metro station in 4 min away. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby in case you do not want to go to city center to have dinner

The hotel needs a little bit of renovation but that is all.

Super friendly staff, mini water, coffee bar at the reception, comfortable beds, nice decor, great location.

The bathroom didn't have an air vent

the location and the number of good eateries in the neighbourhood. breakfast was good.

although there is a lift, patrons still need to use a half flight of stairs to reach their rooms. the shower drain was 99% blocked; had to have short showers to avoid overflow. Shower pan was extremely slippery; dangerous for the elderly.

Every member of staff we met was pleasant and helpful - great service. We were able to store our luggage before check in.The tea and coffee station, as well as refreshments provided in-room, were great to have and elevated the hotel above other, similarly priced options.The room was very clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient for arriving by train.

Our only real problem was that the room was noisy; we could hear other guests (and the Metro running underneath) quite loudly.
