close proximity to Eiffel Tower, clean room, AC That actually works, nice selection of croissants and breads for breakfast. Staff was friendly to foreigners.

Nice hotel staff. Good breakfast. Very near Metro. We were allowed to leave our luggage when we checked out.

Location and American plug in the bathroom where the hair dryer is. Saved me!

The luggage room is accessible to other guests so there's no guarantee that your stuff will be there when you return. Decor isn't attractive.

The location is great.

The room looks like a 1950s motel room. They desperately need an update. It was not what I expected from a 3 star hotel. The furniture were extremely outdated and battered, the mattress was uncomfortable, and there was only one English channel.

Nice room.

Room too small. Bathroom could be reduced in size giving the bedroom more space. Air conditioning unit not working to expectation. Portable fan not help much to feel the coolness.

The hotel was in a great location! We could walk to the Eiffel Tower and easily find a metro station. It was a quiet side of town with restaurants and cafe's right down the street.

Everything was great overall. The only downside was the very weak water pressure and the hair dryer. Apart from that, everything was good, and the staff was very kind

OK - have to stay in Paris. Ideally somewhere near UNESCO. Not too expensive. But no bed bugs. This place is great - civilised, clean, 3*** and near to the metro and 1.5lm from UNESCO, Paris prices of course. Breakfast was a nice surprise - in the basement. Go to the reception and keep going on down, Good choice, Well presented.

The staff were very friendly and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was much smaller than expected, but everything else was excellent. The location is absolutely perfect, you can see the Eiffel Tower just by walking a bit outside, and the metro is just a 2-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Great value for the money. Close to Metro and bus service. The room was cleaned daily. The sheets and towels changed daily. We stayed for 4 days. Most places don’t get changed like that. I left my jewelry a different kind for 2 days in a row and it was still there the next day. The place is not fancy but we love it. We just go in our room to sleep. There’s AC/heater. Could use replacement creamer and coffee daily though. We didn’t avail of breakfast since we wanted to eat pastry in the morning which is just a blockAway and coffee too.

Location was absolutely great. 0.7 miles to the Eiffel Tower. Le Volant Basque restaurant less than 1 block away is absolutely spectacular. Must go there.

The day staff was very disappointing. I could not get an extra paper coffee cup. An extra cup! I was made to feel like a pauper. Because of the staff, I would never return. Just me.

Fabulous location, friendly staff

Some repairs needed in the ceiling and wall of our room. No easy access hand soap for the sink in our bathroom.

Breakfast and location fair.

I booked 3 rooms for me and friends. 2 or 3 rooms were very small, all of 3 room i booked were not provided with fridge(included in booking).

Close to train. In a good area. Not far from Eiffel Tower. Walking distance of pastry’s, groceries, restaurants.

The weird super tall toilet in the guest bathroom on main floor. Too tall for most normal size customers. But at least there was a clean toilet to use.

Location considerable.

2 rooms that i booked for my friends were very small and no fridge . All of the 3 rooms i booked were not provided with fridge the 1st day the 2nd day 2 rooms has still no fridge the 2nd day. Breakfast has only few choices.

Kindness of the staff and cleanliness.

No shelves for clothes, only a rack with 10 hangers.
