Staff, breakfast and location.
Room was tiny
1.The free breakfast 2. The staff 3. The price
Room is small and carpet is too old.
the room was too small. The air conditioning was broken, but no one came to fix it, so we had to move to another room. We wanted twin bed, but there was only one night stand.
Great location, cheap
Our room was sweltering hot and the fan didn't work. The sixth floor and our bathroom had an odor of raw sewage.
Hello,I had a confirmed reservation for two rooms, each with a double bed. I fully paid for two rooms with double beds. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that my reservation was for two rooms with single beds, which is incorrect, as my confirmation clearly shows double beds.Additionally, we were forced to pay an extra €70 to get the correct room type, which is unacceptable since it was already included in the original booking. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not repeat my stay at this hotel unless this issue is resolved and the extra €70 is refunded.I kindly request a prompt response and a refund of the unjustified additional charge.Thank you.

Clean, very nice breakfast choice. I liked the decor of the ground floor, bar area and breakfast area. Available at last minute, easy to find and comfortable bed/pillows. Easy to manoeuvre the TV. Nice shower pressure. Friendly staff.
The rooms are on the small size and little space for luggage. The air conditioning was fine, but very drying and I had to switch it off in the middle of the night.
Not much
Oct 27 2025 was a very cold day and heating was not working. This continued for 2 more nights
The staff were super friendly. The room was excellent ; renovated; I liked the small tables; everything you need for a comfortable stay. The thing I like the most was the bathtub although I didn’t use it. It’s hard to find on an ibis standard hotel so this one was extraordinary. Good value for the money.
For the one who is familiar with Paris intra-muros and its vicinity the location is OK. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Also, the hotel is quite a melting-pot hub which makes it a nice place to be. The buffet breakfast is great.
The hotel manager might want to look at the drain in the shower, it is clogged, used water stagnates a long while before it evacuates.
The staff, in the dining room and reception (Fréderic, Fred, Eugène) made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Fréderic who started helping us before our arrival. The price was very high during our séjour - this is the unpleasant bit. The physical facilities (the size of the room, the absence of a kettle/coffee maker in the room etc) were not what you would expect gor the price paid. However the kindness, professionalism, and pleasantness of the staff (Fréderic, Eugène ,Fred ) were absolutely fantastic and made us feel good in the hotel.
1- Put a kettle, a coffee machine, some tea/coffee in the rooms.2- Change the lighting so that we dont have to lighten up a big part of the room when we want to read at bed before sleeping
Staff were great , nice little bar area. Basic room but clean .
- Comfortable- Not far from stores- Everything was pretty clean- Staff was nice and accommodating
- Room was relatively small, but not bad for one person- The shower didn’t have a curtain so the water did splash onto the floor
Nothing. I booked there because I did a tour and I have the previous night included in the tour
Smell in the lobby, very small room
Location, easy access to the metro and close to parking facilities
The carpets are dirty and old, not suitable for people having dust allergies
Great location Friendly Staff and parking
Maybe include breakfast
The AC didn’t work in the whole hotel and they didn’t give any notice about that before. It was really hot in Paris and I would have change my reservation if I knew previously.
The receptionists were nice and helpful. They spoke great English so I did not need to butcher my French level. The room was smaller than expected but we appreciated the window that came with it. The room was equipped with an AC, which is quite rare in Europe, so that was nice and definitely needed on hot summer days.
The bathroom smelt a bit funny. We were not sure whether it was the cleaning solution or the sewage, but we were not fans of the smell. As mentioned above, the room was smaller than expected, making it a tad uncomfortable to move around as two.
It was place to stay the night not too far from the Metro
We used it just for a night's sleep so no negatives to comment on
