The location

The room was too small and had a big eve window and difficult to control the temperature

Comfy bed, spotless bathroom, very clean, cozy, quiet, very central

I very much liked staying at this hotel. It was very cosy and close to the locations I was looking for. However, it was a little colder in the room, but the cleanliness, comfort and coffee machine were the best experience, which helped me a lot.

A bit noisy at night as the room overlooked the street. I would ask for a courtyard facing room next time.

Not much restaurants around , maybe because it’s winter ?

Staff was so friendly upgraded our room! And loved the free waters everyday in our rooms. The bathroom was newly renovated and so nice. Love St. Germain and such a great restaurant two blocks away.

Spacious room and bed, with superb mattress. All furniture and lines are neat and well maintained, very nice classic decor.And great location, walking distance from metro lines and Quai of D'Orsay.

We really liked the room, as it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby places and transport. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good variety and quality. Overall, the stay was pleasant and met our expectations.

So comfortable in a great neighborhood.

If you are walking instead of using a taxi it can be taxing with lots of luggage. We planned this way so that helped in our case.

Rooms are not soundproof. You can easily hear next rooms. Adjacent building to main building where we stayed has no elevator. So you have to carry your luggage by yourself using stairs. :((

It was a comfortable place to stay but was a long walk to tourist attractions but also hard to get an uber.

The room smelt really bad when coming in and during the whole stay despite airing it! Please change the old carpet and put new flooring. It was 24 degrees celsius in the room, way too hot for a comfortable sleep and sustainable electricity use. I of course switched off the heating system.The toilet flush was broken and kept on running. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The hotel still gives out miniature toiletries, old fashion. The shower kept on sliding down. Way too expensive for what it is!

Great location and very clean and in the quiet street.

I made 2 separate reservations in consecutive days intentionally so the bills can be separated, however they could not process separately and gave me one consolidated receipt which made a complication and difficulty later.

A bit unexpectedly this hotel turned out to be a gem for us in Paris. The location is self-evident, but the room was definitely more than we expected: large, warm, very quiet (of paramount importance to us) - giving onto a cozy yard, very clean. The people there are super helpful without being intrusive. We'll definitely go back. Thank you!

The location was OK and the room and bathroom are clean. Beds were comfortable and in general and OK experience.

The facilities per se, for example, the lobby could be a little bit refurbished or a better offer of breakfast.

The quiet location in the heart of St. Germain was easily accessible by public transport and by walking. A great base in the city overall. My single room on across 2 floors had windows facing a park and they could be opened, which made it exceptionally quiet.

The single bed was not very comfortable, it was a bit wobly and the mattress felt uneven.
