    • Outstanding staff. Very welcoming. Best hotel in our long Europe trip! Parking was an added bonus! Friendly people. Restaurant staff. Superb!!
    • The location, room, cleanliness, and service quality were incredible.

    Cons -

    • There was construction going on in the hotel, with loud noises going nearly nonstop from morning until afternoon. At one point I had a headache from the noise and inability to rest in my room.
    • There was a tiny bit of a language barrier, but we got through it. Everyone was so nice!
    • They should include breakfast with the room

Nice and well looked after. Comfortable bed.

Could hear May noises from the other rooms and lift.

    The hotel location is great,...

The staff was unfriendly. Our room hadn't been cleaned by 5:00 PM. We asked the maid to bring us new towels and not come back. Meanwhile, a guest from another room on our floor did the same.

Great location for walking to restaurants and to transport stops to access central Paris. There is a water fountain in the lobby with chilled, filtered water to fill a water bottle each day.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Staff really nice, location good, room cleaned

    Parking is a dream ....

The concierge worker Jessica was amazing and very helpful.

There was one male worker that was rude and rigid and unwilling to be accommodating . But besides him the rest of the staff was amazing.

Location was good. The staff helpful. Room comfortable.

The pictures gave a feel of luxury which justified the higher price tag but it didn't live up to the expectations.

The hotel was in a great location, and the room was spacious and well equipped.

I specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning. At the reception desk, I was told in a very rude tone, “There is no air conditioning in winter.” The hotel is located right at a major intersection with heavy traffic day and night, and every half hour the police/fire department/ambulance drives by with their sirens blaring. The escalator from the metro across the street squeaks unbearably loudly. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning to reduce the temperature in the room, and with the windows open, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise.

    Comfy beds.

No crockery for tea/coffee. Bath towel old and grey and very small. 3 t bags for 3 days for the two of us. No breakfast tea.Bathroom very tight fit - only one in one out. No conditioner. No English channels on tv apart from bbc news. Extortionate pricing £250 per night - consider not in centre of Paris so nothing of note around apart from Accor stadium and gardens and very basic facilities. A china cup at least please and a spoon and 2 breakfast t bags after a 9 hour journey for the 2 of us!. Wouldn't go again.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

Cost of breakfast. Was a little overpriced.
