AC stopped working after some time. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited and the same every day.

Cleanliness and Friendly Staff. They were quite supportive. They also upgrade my room as I had an infant with me.

Room size was really small. bed barely fits. there was no place to walk. I really appreciate the staff that they upgrade my room. Passage was also really small. I have been to multiple Ibis even the budget ones and in more expensive places like Swiss. Even there the Hotel room were bigger.

Hotel is clean, staff very friendly, room size is ok and bathroom quite nice.

There is basically nothing to like about this property. The rates are ridiculous related to what you are being offered. We were depressed as soon as got in.

This is a bad hotel. Photos are clearly misleading. The room is a hole where you can hardly move around. The building is old and needs a complete renovation. Most people at the front desk were extremely rude with some occasional exceptions. Our child had a high fever on the last morning of our stay, for which we informed them and they did absolutely no effort to assist us with anything. It is 10-15 minute walk from any metro station.

Very helpful staff. Easy to access the metro and visit all the sights in the city centre.

The staff was friendly. The location as expected. The shower and toilets clean and in good condition. Parking was as expected. Consider it if you don't mind the AC is not going to work.

Anything we asked for didn't happen. They called us 2 days before which was really nice and agreed the rooms will be set for 2 single beds. The receptionist confirmed she had that notice on check in but the rooms were not prepared as agreed. In 2 rooms the AC didn't produce cold air. In the third room it worked well so we know it is a problem in the specific rooms. We also asked them to clean only one of the rooms and not all of the 3 rooms and they didnt. Again they were surprised that it wasnt. Seems they dont really have control of the house keeping. The rooms are very small the length of the bed in one room 515 blocks the passage to the other side if the room. There is a broken corner at the wall next to the bed and I got injured by it very unpleasant scratch. I shared a photo. And to add to all of that, on check out I was told we had breakfast. That made me laugh as this was so untrue. They canceled it immediately but what still drew my attention was that the employee said she thought she saw me going down to breakfast and that is why she added the charge. I recommend to check their bill before you leave.

The reception staff were excellent! Especially the Filipino lady who checked us in. She was such a cheerful person and made us comfortable immediately. She even allowed us to leave our car later than the check out time. A big thank you to this lady.

Everything would have been perfect aside from the fact that the lift was out of order when we arrived. As my aunty is very old, she had a lot of difficulty to get to the 5th floor. Luckily, the gentleman from the reception helped us to carry the luggages up to the rooms. That is so so helpful! A big thank you also to him.

Location was good 5 min to metro station, there was lots of options to eat and a shopping mall. Also very easy to public trasformation from and to Orly. There was free drinking water you can get from the reception area.

All Ibis Hotels rooms are small but this was the smallest room i have ever stayed.

The location it’s okay and the front desk Cecilia is very nice and try to help us after all the problems.

The room was filled with dust, specially on the lamps. I did ask for someone to clean for me by the front desk and the guy there told me they don’t need to do that and I was rude to complain about. ( I have a bad allergies)so I told him I asking nicely, after that the AC doesn’t work too in our room so I had to make another complaint. They moved us to other room ( twice) and I had to clean the lamps myself because I was tired to constantly complain.

The welcoming at check-in wasn't great. We had our luggage on the road even if it was raining because the lady doing the check-in said we should complete all procedures first before bringing our luggage inside.Hotel room a bit small.One lady working in the kitchen every day kept pestering us at breakfast by asking each one of us concerning the number of people we are. I think she asked that 3 or 4 times. As if we are lying. That was not professional from her

The staff were friendly and helpful, the reception area was nice with facility to charge phones and able to store luggage before we could check in. Good location for public transport and amenities.

The room we were given as a 'family room' was cramped and awkward and was basically a normal (small) double room with a sofa bed shoved in it which considering the price isn't really good enough. Very little storage space and the mattress was quite hard. Not enough pillows supplied and the kettle we were given tripped the electrics.The photos of rooms on the website was very different to what we got. The room was also overlooked by the hotel rooms next door so we had to keep blinds/curtains closed most of the time. Would have been better to have window film so that we could still have daylight! Overall not somewhere we felt we wanted to stay and chill out in our room and wouldn't book there again.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room we were given was extremely small and felt cramped for a family. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working at all. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, we were told a technician was on the way to fix it. That turned out to be completely untrue — no one ever came, and nothing was done about it during our stay.The ventilation in the room was terrible, making it feel stuffy and suffocating. My sons were visibly uncomfortable and even struggled to breathe at times due to the lack of fresh air and extreme heat. It was not only uncomfortable but genuinely concerning our health and safety.This experience was far from what we expected, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families travelling with children.

Convenience to check in/out, friendly staff.

There is not enough space to put even three small cabin bags. No hand towel, no conditioner only shampoo in bathroom.

Very close to Metro - Tolbiac and Bus route 62. Located at Happening place. Perfect spot for families
