I experienced some unprofessional behavior during my stay. We had a reservation for three nights, fully paid via Booking.com. However, the hotel charged us a second time for the same reservation. When we informed them, they issued a refund but deducted the transaction fees — even though the error was entirely on their side. As a result, we ended up paying around €53 in fees for a mistake we had no part in.What was even more concerning is that the hotel withdrew the amount without our consent, and the debit card was somehow automatically saved into their system, which raised serious privacy and security concerns.The hotel itself does not meet 4-star standards. The room was very small, with no closet and no place to store luggage. It was also disappointing to find that complimentary water was provided only for the first night, despite paying for three.

The hotel is so warm and vibrant. The room is spacious compared to other Parisian hotels. Emile and Fatimah are so sweet and helpful. The breakfast is great. I will surely come again!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the access to public transportation was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a great stay.They had also decorated the room for my husband’s birthday based on my request, which was very meaningful and special to me. I truly appreciated it.I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.

It would have been even better if the room had been a bit larger.

It had a unique, original vibe and it was very clean. Close to the metro and some grocery stores. Friendly and available staff.

My 3y.o. son loved the design of the hotel filled with animals and the location where trams are going all the time. Breakfast was also good. Staff were also very nice.

As a traveler with a big suitcase it was a bit hard to find a space to open the luggage (still manageable). I couldn’t turn off ac even though it was very cold.

I had two separate reservations through Booking.com, one for a single night, then another for three nights (with a night in between that I didn’t book as I was out of Paris). We were staying there with a friend, and both of us had separate, fully paid reservations through Booking.com. Shockingly, we were both charged again for the exact same bookings upon arrival, on the same day, within the same group. What a coincidence? Or does this happen frequently?When we raised the issue, the hotel refunded the duplicate charges but kept the transaction fees, costing each of us around €50 for a mistake we had nothing to do with. Even more worrying, the hotel withdrew the payment without our consent, and our debit cards were somehow saved into their system without authorization which is a major violation of privacy and security.Also, the rooms are so small, like really, really small. I had to stack my suitcases on top of each other because there was no space to lay them out. There’s not even enough floor space to move around comfortably. On top of that, there’s no closet or anywhere proper to store your things. Adding to that, the water was only complimentary for the first day. Yes, only the FIRST day. They even placed a printed cardboard label on the bottles saying that the water is a “gift.” What a joke. It’s honestly ridiculous that a hotel can’t provide two small bottles of water per day, especially when you’re paying for multiple nights.Overall, this stay was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standards you’d expect. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel and would never return.

Their staff is incompetent. This is why my rating is so low. I had some drinks (not getting drunk or anything - a few beers), I asked them not to charge the room. Although I paid they still charged the room. I spent an hour looking through the charges and payments with one of the desk attendants and he agreed that I had paid separately and nothing should be charged to the room. Surprise when I got the final invoice - they charged me for the drinks! - so I paid double. My advice - go have some beers somewhere else. The rest is in accordance with description

Clean, well appointed. Comfortable beds.

Only a minimum of towels provided. No fridge in room.

We like the staff—they’re professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is great too, very close to public transportation (bus, tram, train, metro). There’s a laundromat and a grocery store just 200 meters away. We go to the store every day to buy water, which is much cheaper there than paying $3–$5 elsewhere. Just keep in mind this place is in District 11, so it takes about 20 minutes to reach major attractions and famous food spots. Regarding our room, it was small - If you are not careful, you could bang your arms into the TV or your thigh into a door knob. But with 25 Euro more per night, you can have a bigger room. Having said that, we found the room served us well as we only spent time sleeping there after a long day walking around Paris.

BTW, there was no frig in our room!

Location is outside of Central area, but still accessible to many places.

The bathroom sink was a very poor design. Large and flat and nothing to stop the flow of water down the drain in our room.

I loved the location of the hotel,it was perfect. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was small but clean.

The staff was extremely nice and polite. They assisted with all my requirement with care.

The room is very small and there were no space to even keep the luggage. The work station was completely overtaken by the kettle and coffee machine. So had to leave everything on the floor.

Funky decor, helpful staff, good facilities, great location with easy commute to the centre, comfy bed and clean room and bath, plenty choice of yummy breakfast options.

The staff that booked us in and the following afternoon (same 2 people) were very friendly and helpful. i didn't get their names but they were amazing.

We had 2 rooms, the one with family was great, our double room was slightly small but still nice.

Located directly beside the metro. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Would definitely stay there again.
