The hotel is near the train stations : buses

Shower is small clog up water slow going down the drain, no Shampoo, and they didn¿t clean the room¿so we re-used our towel

The worst Ibis Hotel I have ever stayed.

Near Gare du Nord and walking distance to city centre. Staff are amazing and super helpful.

Beds and pillows too uncomfortable. Bathroom too small. Could have kettle in room for tea and coffee. However, there are facilities to make hot drinks and refill water on the ground floor. Also a small bar/cafe. It's just inconvenient at times to come all the way downstairs .

The bed, blanket and linens were excellent. The quality of the breakfast exceeded expectations.

There was no toilet brush in the toilet.

Excellent location, just 4 min walk from Gare du Nord, but a whole different vibe from the imminent station area. Hotel and rooms felt safe, secure and comfortable. Yes, rooms are compact but absolutely fine after a day out in the city. Rooms with courtyard view are much quieter than street view. Reception staff very helpful and able to store luggage for the day. There is a lift too, which many places we looked at lacked.Best Metro station Poissonnière on pink line takes you straight to Opera and is only a three minute walk from hotel. Lots of good cafes and restaurants just around the corner, good food and wine and place to go to for a €6 breakfast of coffee, pastry and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Nothing really, you get what you pay for and this was at the cheaper end of the scale in Paris and suited our needs. Rooms modern, maybe need a little tlc.

The bathroom was not well cleaned The tiles in the shower had mouldy marks the door some dripping stains that some scrubbing could have removed…

The cleanliness of the room was really subpar. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed cover completely sliped off of the mattress even though I don’t move much at night.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance the Gare du Nord station, making traveling to all the attractions around Paris easy.

I did not know, when I booked the room, that the room did not have a mini fridge. but the staff was very helpful and stored my items in the fridge downstairs. In the end this was not an issue at all.

Wheelchair accessible room was quite small, difficult to manoeuvre.

How close it is to the station

It was not clean, I saw a little french mouse running in the reception at 9 in the morning

good small hotel not far from Gare du Nord. Check in/out is smooth. Room is on a small size but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

It's an Ibis so not fancy but comfortable, clean, good breakfast, and all the staff were very friendly and professional at all times. Very good wifi. Good value for money. Best thing about it: it's really close to Gare du Nord so a great location if you're arriving/leaving from there. They'll store luggage in a secure room before your check-in time and also after check-out.

The Argentinian girl in the reception was quite friendly and supportive! Such a great experience.

Check in was extremely slow - took over 30 minutes to check in - person working at the counter was very slow!On day one, i was in the shower and cleaners simply opened the door, no knocking!!! SHOCKING!

IT faces a main road, but i got a quiet room at the back. The space was not too cramped, and good bed. Good breakfast. In good weather the outside terrace is probably lovely.Location is excellent for Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.

Only one lift so sometimes need to be patient waiting for it. It is not luxurious and some aspects of the hotel and room are a bit faded. But nothing to put me off.

Great staff, very helpful! Made my daughter’s holiday by setting the room with birthday balloons and cake, close to everything we needed!

Room only got cleaned once in 4 nights, I had to keep asking for towels, beds too small, no kettle for a morning drink.
