The room its beautiful, big and clean The staff amazing metro station it’s near

Conveniently located. Staff is always nice and helpful. Food at Babette hotel restaurant is decent and rooms are spacious for a Paris hotel.

Room could do with a brighter lamp and bathroom with a magnifying mirror.

The hotel was really nice and clean except for the locationIf you’re coming to paris for the first time You will want to leave bcus of the location However the hotel is nice but I don’t know why Hilton garden inn will have a hotel in that area…

The location It was horrible

New hotel, 2 years old. Big room. Very nice staff thats helps on any issue. Good breakfast. Near metro station.

Perfect hotel, spotless, the breakfast was great!

We were surprised by the restaurant's early closing hour. Didn't have the information handy.

The room is clean and well maintained, looks refurbished recently. Had a sky roof in the room, nice source of lighting during the day.

The breakfast restaurant has an open kitchen, but staff don’t wear headcovers or gloves. Many dishes and cups were visibly unclean, so I only attended breakfast on the first day despite booking it for the whole stay.The surrounding neighborhood also feels unsafe after dark.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is good for supermarkets, but not so much for cafés and restaurants. One must travel further into the city. The park next door was good fun, but far too busy on weekends.

Service was courteous but minimalist. Had to ask twice for anything (e.g., extra pillows, toilet roll, etc) and chase it up. Hand wash was put in the hand lotion bottle and vice versa in the bathroom, which we worked out, eventually. Child menu in the hotel restaurant is basic.

Very clean and modern hotel, even with some Finnish design. Great breakfast and friendly staff! Not at the city centre but still a good location right next to metro station. It was easy to get to the centre. And the shuttle bus from Beauvais Airport arrives just a few hundred meters away.

We’re not pre warned that bar and restaurant not open at weekendsLocation did not feel safe walking outside hotel was also warned by taxi driver to be careful walking after dark Hotel even states safety issues warning not to open door but to ring reception to check if staffIf I had realised location was this unsafe I would not have booked also lucky we ate out during the day as would have had no meal options in the evening due to outside being unsafe

Excellent conditions, very nice and amiable stuff. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast, a lot of options to choose from and a nice atmosphere in the reastaurant. The Metro station is very close and you can reach the center of the city in just 20 minutes.The neighborhood very active and safe even in the late evening. Definitely recomended.

The location was perfect, there is a metro nearby that takes you anywhere to city centre.All the facilities matched out expectations, rooms clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Paris.

Staff could be more friendly but other than that everything was perfect

I read reviews from several previous guests at various 4-star hotels before making my final decision to choose this one. In my opinion, the hotel has a large gate, but the door doesn't open automatically. If it's your first time here, note that you’ll need to press "A BUTTON" to open the door. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is also very accommodating.

The breakfast was limited compared to other 4-star hotels in Germany and Austria, and the room lighting was too dim. There was also no minibar or welcome water, which I’ve had at other hotels. I’d rate this hotel 7.5/10Warning: My experience at Paris airport was frustrating. The security officer dropped my ticket twice and ignored my requests. Then, my laptop was scanned with unnecessary care. Our flight was delayed an hour with last-minute notice, and we were moved between gates multiple times, from F34 to F48 and then back to F32, which felt disorganized. The service was poor, and the whole process was inefficient. I think my review is very helpful for you ?.

It was great, the picture through me off at first but no, it was better than the pictures. Friendly staff and great rooms. The best part was that if was super close to the metro-system, easier to travel through Paris. All and all great hotel.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton la Villette with our little daughter and our dog. What I appreciated the most, was that they had prepared us an additional bed in the room so that we had a very comfortable stay being actually three people in a double bed room. The breakfast was really amazing and great. The science center La Cité de la Villette is just a ( min walk from the hotel, very practical. Parking about 30€ per day at the sience center which is ok.

The overall area at the hotel is not the nicest one but it depends what you want to do.

We paid for breakfast included in the price with booking.com, the chef was cooking what looked like lovely omelettes for other people. But if we asked for one and they said we had to pay extra!!! Not expected for a Hilton, when do you have to pay for breakfast twice? Also the shower gel, body cream and the shampoo dispensers were almost empty.

I loved the room and cleanliness.

I didn't like that the amenities were non functional. I am referring to the dryer. The last night of my stay i washed clothes but couldn't dry them properly. The dryer kept cutting off giving an error code. I called the front desk about issue. The receptionist came to the laundry from attempted to change filter but the problem continued. I became so exhausted while up for hours using the little bit of heat the dryer gave off before shutting off every 10 minutes. A usual 30 minute dry turned into 4 hours. Due to exhaustion i missed my morning excursion on my last day in Paris. It was an extreme inconvenience for my family and I .

Staff is super friendly, available and accomodating. Breakfast offers a lot of choices and food overall is very good.Rooms are spacious and the bedding is really comfortable.
