Location

Too much small, no enough space!Bad smellToo much noise They entered the room for cleaning although we hanging up the paper for don’t disturb!

My room was on the top floor,the 6th, accessed by a spiral staircase as elevator only went to 5th floor. It was very difficult to get my bag up and down to the elevator. Additional was very warm in Paris and the room did not have air conditioning which made sleep difficult . Window did not have screen so unwilling to leave window open at night. Staff was helpful for directions and obtaining taxis

Nice location, pretty hotel and neighborhood . Loved geraniums in window boxes. Staff was friendly. Close enough walk to Notre Dame, restaurants, etc

Bathroom was tiny and shower was missing a glass panel.

Great staff and location. Rooms were a little small but very clean and nice. Easy walk to Notre Dame and so many cafes, restaurants and shops close as well.

I wished more hotels would have coffee available earlier for us time zone challenge traveler's.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Really close to so many wonderful parts of Paris and we walked everywhere! We didn't need to use public transport or taxis at all from this hotel. Very happy this hotel has an elevator which made life so much easier with suitcases. Great patisserie around the corner too!

Honestly, this hotel was really good... the bathroom was a little small, but when we are visiting the sites of Paris the comparable time in the bathroom was negligent.

Good access to transit and tourist sites in a safe neighbourhood. Staff friendly and kind. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was adequate and convenient.

Strong sewer smell in bathroom, to prevent, must keep sink and shower drains closed/sealed at all times. Hardwood floors readily transmit noise from above, bring high quality earplugs.

The room, staff, location, and breakfast were all excellent.

There was a very foul smell every day coming from the toilet. It overtook the whole room. The bathroom sink also leaked onto the floor whenever it was used.

Breakfast was awesome. Easy walk to anywhere. Beds very comfy.

Staying alittle longer in Paris. Lol

Terrible

Terrible. I have been woken up by the snoring of the man next door! Walls are paper-thin, the hotel lobby is stinky, the shower is full of limescale, and breakfast is average at best. To avoid! There are many better options in the neighbourhood for similar prices.

This Room absolutely Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a room move due to having to book a extra night and the Hotel not answering any emails when we tried to amend our original booking from 6 to 7 nights. As the pictures will show this room was a joke and when I requested the damaged window to be able to lock/secure it. I faced a spray from both the Hotel Manger and the reception gentleman that I had problems and that I was "In Secure", your in Paris in Latin area you don't need to lock windows again repeating your a "In Secure Man". So we are in a ground floor room busy street able to touch the public walking past and the bed for my granddaughter is straight under this large broken window!!!!!!!!!!!! Also black mould on walls where there is water leaking problems, then the tilers that done the disability bathroom allowed the water too pool on opposite wall causing mould and water damage to wall area. Definity look for some where else to stay while in Paris so it doesn't destroy your trip there. This was our 4th trip to Paris and have never meet such rude also so aggressive Reception/Hotel Manger before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location Excellent. Outside appearance great. But as the old saying go's " Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover"!!!!!!!!!!!!Breakfast good, just have to wait for a table and the housekeeping staff great.

Sadly very rude front reception male and the Hotel manger extremely rude/arrogant. Don't except too get a room you pay for. We had book and paid for a Junior Suit as traveling with our 13yr granddaughter, when we arrived handed over our booking paperwork and great the gentleman nice and pleasant. He told us we would get what ever room available and throw the paperwork bag at us, stating you must City Tax all good but went to pay buy a card "NO" he said cash. So we paid by cash with no receipt given and had the change just basically thrown at us. Again when I questioned the room type, he abruptly said you get what is available and when I mention that I had too book a 7th night separate due to my mistake but no one had answered emails, he stated who will move on that day to what was availably again. But will not be the Suite!!!!! Sadly we were given a room in the top roof cavity that was only accessible by very tight steep stairs for the last level, the room appeared to have had a renovation started then put back into service not completed and sadly only a very tight bath/shower unit with a hand held shower head. Sadly sent message to Booking.com straight away but no contact from them. Episode 2 wait until you see what happens when we are moved for our last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location is perfect near Notre Dame, Luxembourg park and Pantheon and other main attractions.Food was rather good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Dining room and tables for breakfast were small. Door to the bathroom did not close properly. Room did not has a good soundpoofing.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was very good.

Great location, great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Fair price although i would recommend lower prices.

Rooms' size is ok but a little bit tight. The family room had two beds on top of each other , and was not comfortable for my kids. But overall it was ok .
