The superior room was beautiful and super comfortable! The spa, especially the massage bed was amazing!

The smell on the hallways and how sometimes the staff were not so friendly.

The location is very good, they clean the room everyday which is not common in Paris, very good value for money, the room size was good compared to usual of Paris hotels. I highly recommend it.

Two draw backs1- no ventilation in the toilets, the mirror works as a heater and it is summer and you can’t switch it off2- the lighting for the mirrors was not good.The mirror in the room is dark and you can’t use it to put on makeup and the one on the bathroom has a faded light

I can't complain about anything since I had read every review clearly I expected what I received. The staff was pleasant, but only one went out of her way to engage and make suggestions.

The room was super small. We managed.During the summer, I guess you can walk everywhere, but in winter, when weather is not ideal, I would recommend a location closer to all the attractions

The location is great for being near local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The window had great blackout curtains that were helpful for sleeping late. I loved to pen the window and hear Paris life but if you do nor prefer you will need to keep the window closed.

The rooms were small and the beds not as comfortable as I hoped.

Very clean . Spacious rooms especially for Paris. Coffee and croissants -all complimentary in the little cafe- were a nice touch. We felt welcomed by all staff. The location is excellent with easy access to Metro and buses as well as a Monop and laundry very near

It was noisy outside with the night life but we were ok with that as we knew this was Europe and we expected this area to be lively

Everything perfect for the price paid. Better than other hotels I've stayed in in Paris of the same range and in the area. Would return if prices are similar.

Bathroom didn't have towels on arrival and was almost out of shampoo which was never replaced.

Close to the main train station, the Metro and many restaurants. Very much appreciated the welcome reception, the proprietor was very kind and helpful.

A refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise at intervals during the night, waking us up. Mentioned the issue at the reception upon leaving, but the receptionist dismissed the issue...
