They helped us change and upgrade rooms.

The road in front was closed and under noisy construction which we were not informed of before we arrived

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. The hotel policy regarding room keys was absolutely ridiculous, why can¿t I keep the room key just to grab a coffee. House keeping stole items from my room.

We had a junior suite on the 6th floor it was surprisingly roomy & the fixtures were modern and worked well. Even though European hotels have very small elevators this was also super modern and did not give us any reason to fear it would fail

I'm not sure about if it's a French custom or not but you did have to stop at the desk to either drop off or retrieve your room keep when coming and going. I would have preferred a card key that we could take with us.

Great location with close by access to bus and metro. Also very good restaurants near this hotel. Large buffet breakfast available. Definitely will go back again next trip in Paris.

Its location was really convenient (really close to two different metro stops), the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It was such a simple but beautiful hotel! I felt like I was staying outside of the tourist area but close to the subway so it was easy to get around! The hotel was just lovely

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Active, yet quiet (generally) and convenient neighborhood. Good value. Well provisioned, very clean room.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was a good value and very convenient to get to the train to get to Versailles and then to Bordeaux the next day. Nice neighborhood.

Staff was pleasant and helpful

The room was clean and well-kept up; the bed comfortable and the bathroom seemingly new with a good shower and big towels. Breakfast was included and was both generous and tasty. Like most Paris hotels, the room was on the small side and while there was a small desk in the room, there wasn't really any place to sit other than at the desk or on the bed. I was traveling on my own so it was ok, but it would have been a tighter squeeze for two people with two suitcases. Again this is pretty standart in Paris.

I was on the first floor so I could take the stairs, which was fine. But the elevator is, as others have mentioned, very small. Not great if you are claustrophobic or have a lot of luggage. Also Montparnasse is a bit of a bus or metro ride from the central museums, if that's why you're in Paris. I enjoyed being a bit more local but it's something to make a conscious decision about.

Great location and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of restaurants in close proximity and two Metros within less than 5 minutes walk.

The rooms were well presented and comfortable but a little small (we had a Club room), but I think this is usual in many Paris hotels.

Walls very thin. I had to put up with a horny couple next door. No pleasant at all.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. We got upgraded to a junior suite which has never happened to us before so it was a fabulous surprise. The staff on reception are so welcoming & helpful. Breakfast and housekeeping staff are so friendly, they do everything with a smile.

Everything. I cannot express enough how lovely the staff were, the facilities were spotless and the room was comfy and modern. The location was superb with many restaurants and bars nearby, but it wasn’t rowdy enough to keep us from getting a good night sleep. Also have to mention the metro was only a 5 minute walk from the front door! We loved everything about our stay here, and cannot wait to return.
