We loved breakfast and the location. Staff memberes were also pretty friendly!

The room was smaller than we expected and the safety box was not easy to access, but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay

The location of the hotel is really good.

It was assigned to us a bedroom without a toilet and this was not informed in the reservation. I would choose to pay more and have a entire bathroom in my room then using one shared bathroom in the corridor. The elevator was so small that felt like a joke

The location alone and nothing else

The hotel had a pathetic elevator where only 2 slim people could fit in them. The room had just one outlet away from bed etc. Very small bathroom with unusable routes and bath area.

The hotel was a bit dated and could do with a bit of TLC... But it was clean and tidy and reasonably priced

Location is good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom facilities are good.

Rooms are very small. Two adults in the room with two suitcases (and nowhere to put them) made for a less-than-comfortable stay.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. One night I bought a bottle of wine from Monoprix nearby and brought in back to the hotel. Front desk staff, Loric uncorked it for me and offered me two glasses to enjoy my wine back to my room. Small gesture like that makes one’s stay even more special. The hotel is located right behind Gallery Lafayette. Monoprix is two blocks away and metro and RER is one block away. The shower is huge like an American standard shower.

It gets very quiet at night since a few eateries nearly closed at 10pm. There is no mini fridge in the room. The breakfast can be a boring if you stay more than a few days since it’s the same thing everyday.

Unbeatable location, could easily shop and drop off things. It has an elevator which is great and the staff are helpful.

The room is very small. Can get a bit noisy but I asked to be on a higher floor. No mini bar or water in the rooms which was weird.

The location is prime.

The shower drain wasn't working and the shower would fill with water quite quickly. Our friend next door had the same issue. Not very clean feeling. Also the elevator is a nightmare, but we realize that's likely not fixable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The bed was very comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The elevator was quite small and the breakfast could have been more complete, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed these minor drawbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable...All amenities were lovely and upgraded.

The listing said a continental breakfast was available, but on check out we were charged E27 for two coffees and two croissants that we had. Should say available for a fee...it was disappointing and very misleading.

Very good room, i went alone, it was small but confortable for what i needed. Normal breakfast, not excpectional but complete.

The customer service in the front desk was not good from neither any of the 2 people who i met
