- The place is beautiful, and ther service was great. Loved it's secluded space and the chickens and rabbits.
- Quirky fun interesting boutique hotel. Loved the rabbits and chickens in the garden. I was in room 5 on the top floor and loved it
- The hotel was charming ! The staff was outstanding, and the location was fantastic !
Cons -
- Just to let you know. In suite two, the shower on the right doesnt work. Both Chairs are broken. And when you look out the window in the bathroom there is a used condom on top of the awning. Sorry to tell you this.
- Small irritation is that the front door is always locked which given you are in the property is unnecessary.
- We were there in December and found the hot water in the bathroom inadequate.

The staff was super friendly and always in a good mood. The restaurant is an amazing food and beautiful. I love the bar too. It's small but it's so cute and classic looking
Very elegant for the most part.
Staff had an air of self importance putting themselves a bit above the guests. Stayed 2 nights. Second day no room cleaning or bed making. No extra roll of toilet paper.Had to ask for delivery of towels the second day.
Great location, out of the touristy part of Montmartre, but close to walk in. Local neighbourhood feel. Nice walk down the hill to the busier parts of Paris.Beautiful building and gorgeous rooms. Lovely garden and outlook. Private and quiet.
Some maintenance issues in the old building, plumbing during our stay.
Everything about this hotel is beyond excellent and whimsical in a great way. The room decors, the funny plaques in the restrooms and the spectacular attitude of Anthony, whom you hopefully will be lucky to meet on your arrival, are incredibly memorable.
Nothing!
The location is fantastic for Montmartre, beautiful, bohemian, historic, Paris on your doorstep
The hotel was hosting a designer brand pop-up the whole weekend which had taken over the spaces downstairs and the much-advertised garden, so we were dodging the crowds. Not as peaceful as advertised! Hotel guests were something of an afterthought, and tbh if I were the owner I would have given guests a discount. No breakfast (would have been so nice in the garden!) and our first-floor room was rather noisy
We thought the breakfast was ok, pastries could have been better considering the wonderful bakeries in Paris. We had a wonderful dinner outside with good service and excellent food.
Some staff unfriendly, no help when we checked into our room, set the bags down and left. The suite was beautiful but not enough lighting. The main complaint was NO SHOWER! Never have we ever stayed in a hotel without a proper shower! We have traveled in Europe, Asia, and Australia and have never seen this! It was strange that the hostess for dinner told us we had to book a reservation online for dinner when we are staying at the hotel and standing right next to her! She finally agreed to book it.

Nice location - comfortable bed - food good
No separare shower room in the room. Service slow at meal times.
We’ve stayed once before. We love the setting.
The room we had was so dark. The lights didn’t all work, complicated system. We ate there one night, it was very busy we were just finishing out meal and we were told we needed to finish as the table was needed, it was 10pm. We weren’t told this before and felt as one of the 6 rooms staying they could have moved on another table. Quite rude and not helpful at all. We won’t be going back.
Room is really beautiful and unique decor.
Very unprofessional receptionist. I have prepaid my stay at booking.com but the receptionist insist on charging my card again. They claimed didnt received payment from booking.com even when i showed my credit card has been charged by booking.com. I asked them to call booking.com to ask but the reception is too lazy he refused and ask me to call the booking.com myself. When i call booking.com turns out booking.com already provided them a link to cash in my prepayment but the reception just dont know where to look and double charge my card! Never happen before only this hotel reception is the worst.
Everything. Suite, bar, restaurant, garden, location, service.
Beautiful spot away from the craziness of the tourist areas - a little hidden oasis. Gardens were adorable (as was the chicken). Our suite was very chic - loved the MCM furnishing and the especially the record player.
Liked all of it! There is a spiral staircase to our suite (the top floor) so don’t recommend that if you have accessibility issues.
We did our research on the hotel and it looks lovely online. We booked way in advance and planned our stay out very well. Our room was quite nice and comfortable. We wanted to visit the bar and restaurant - which look nice online - but that was never an option for us.
A few days before we arrived we were told our room has been sold out from us for the first two days. The hotel did provide a lovely AIRBNB. We were not allow to visit the hotel for the first two days due to private events. No food, no drinks, no amenities of any kind. The next two days at the hotel we were shown our room. No shower, only a hand-held with no shower curtain or door. We did not shower for two days. We wanted to visit the bar, but that was closed for private events. We wanted to eat, that was not an option either. So the hotel was off limits to us except our room and even then they questioned who we were each time we left and entered. Terrible experience. We expressed to the hotel manager how unhappy we were during the visit - he offered and did nothing. As we were checking out they offered to host us for lunch, but by then we had to leave for a train so we did not even get that. They could have found a way to make us happy or at least try, but they did not. They also said upon check out they would see what they could do about some money - that was the last we heard of that of course. We so wanted to like this hotel, but they made that impossible. We gave the hotel every chance to make things right with us before leaving this review, but it is just one more thing they were not able to do.

Fantastic location. Great service. Kind staff. The food is really good.
The music in the morning played for breakfast is Broadway style musicals and jazz played really loudly. Help! The first morning was somewhat charming, but then we couldn’t stand it anymore. It is not just a matter of personal taste, it is a really a love it or hate it situation. Guess what… In contrast, the music played at the bar downstairs is generally pleasant and fairly neutral. The bedroom is really dark with only one large window. The window leaks rain. The privacy for the toilet is relative, with only a thin separation with the bedroom. The toilet has a japanese style bidet which turns on really loudly every time you open the door. The light switches work in deeply mysterious and obscure ways. It is unclear whether they function properly.Every time you want to come into the building you have to stop at the gate, ring, wait a bit, announce yourself, hope the staff recognises you on the first try, then come in. I wish we just had an electronic badge to let ourselves in without having to go through this charade every time. It gets really old when you get in and out of the property several times a day.
Great building, more than generous sized room with excellent amenities. Friendly relaxed staff.
Charming property with lovely gardens. Staff was very attentive. We stayed here 2 years ago. Both times we had a great experience
