Olympic Opening Ceremony and Games passes should have been provided through the hotel.

Very small rooms for families and beds also smaller sizes, even though we booked another room, we pay extra just to be rooms beside each other still was hard for us because there is no door between the walls to connect us

The Room was beautiful and we found it clean. The Hotel is located 2 minutes from the train and bus station.The breakfast pastries were really fresh and delicious. Customer service was excellent. Rooms was sound proof,we slept well during our stay.

Really bad air quality in the room, no ventilation at all. When I read in reviews that there were problems with air conditioning in summer for some guests, I thought - oh, shouldn’t be a problem in winter time. But oh it is. Also for breakfast really limited choices. But food was ok.

The hotel is close to a bus station and the metro.The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was small.

We loved the comfort of the room! It had everything we needed and was perfect for a weekend trip to Paris! We also loved the friendliness of the receptionists; we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel on our last day since our flight was late at night. This helped us enjoying our last day to the fullest without having to worry about luggage-friendly streets and sights.You have bus/metro stations around the corner and even attractions such as the Arc De Triomphe were managable by foot - if you're up to exploring the streets of Paris by foot. Very good experience, thank you! ?

The corridors of the floors were a little narrow and with closed windows and doors, we were sometimes able to hear people on the corridors or in the rooms next to ours - but that's nothing that bothered us too much though!

Good location(walking distance to metro, lots of watering hole, good french boulangerie & restaurant choices within walking distance, parks within 20mins radius) clean room with a good layout. The cozy lobby lounge area is useful, the carbonated/non-carbonated water dispenser is good.

Additional charge of €20/night for my ES dog is a bit much and without any amenities ie. dog bed or bowl offered for her. Perhaps a €10/night would be understandable.

I am very pleased with our stay. Location was great, in walkable distance to main attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming,we also got room upgrade which was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with good variety of products different types of bread diary eggs meats and sweet pastries. Coffee machine with decent coffee in breakfast facilities and in main lounge.I also liked Nuxe toiletries in a room and the fact that there wasn’t much noise from outside despite hotel being close to busy street. Overall great experience

The rooms were smaller than we anticipated considering that we booked a Kingsize room. Otherwise the room was comfortable with good and modernly equipped bathrooms.

The breakfast served on all four days was exactly same without any changes which made it a bit, monotonous and boring

The hotel is OK but it doesn't feel like a 4 star. It's small, breakfast is goo but very simple, with not too many options. The rooms are good though, comfy bed but the bathrooms could do with some improvement. Nothing wrong in general but not great either.
