Staff were great. One block away from the Metro. The street itself was a community-vibe. There were stores featuring, wine, fruits, charcuterie, rotisserie chicken, chocolate, fish monger , cheese and a bakery.

There were no amenities. The sheets and towels were thread bare. No mirror, no drawers, the showers are a disaster. No matter how I stood or hunched or clutched the shower curtain the floor flooded. No hooks.for towels, no mirror...just a bed and a bath

I dont like never, very small room not clean , nobody clean the room , there is no elevator Realy bad bad bad

The guy at reception was so rude. The place is absolutely wrecked, dirty and feels haunted. The bed had hair in it. No reception 24/7. I wouldn’t recommend. Now I know why it has awful reviews

The location is very good. Nice area and close to the train. Has restaurants and cafes around. Had a compact single room with it's own bathroom white was clean. I got the one with a window view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and gave me the option of no view but lower floor or with view upper floor since she saw me struggling on the stairs with my 30kg luggage. Even offered to help.

Stairs which are Europe standards in cheaper properties. The tried to mke the aircon work, when i came down to reception and asked about it they just casually said it's not working an won't be fixed.

Room so small ,so hot , no lift for special needed ppl or big luggages , staff face ? ? check out at 11:00 and when u wanna keep the luggage with them for an hour they r charging u !! It was really bad experience

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.First, they tried to charge us a city tax that we had already paid through Booking.com. I showed them the confirmation and receipt clearly stating that the tax was included in our reservation, but they refused to accept it and insisted we pay again.Second, they did not allow us to use the air conditioning, even though it was hot and uncomfortable in the room. When we asked about it, they just gave vague excuses and did nothing.Third, there were no clean towels, and the room was never cleaned during our stay. We didn’t receive any kind of service—not even the basics you’d expect from a budget hotel.This place was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve stayed in many places before, and this was by far one of the worst. Don’t waste your money here.

There was no lift and you must carry your heavy luggage to top floor by yourself and nobody there for help too.

The bed was broken and the sheets wasn’t clean !

The bed was caving in so my friend and I were basically sleeping on top of each other. Also the walls were extremely thin and we could hear our neighbors screaming

The location was absolutely amazing—within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and other nearby attractions. The staff was also very helpful, providing a hairdryer, iron, and other essentials upon request.

I paid €350 for that hotel. The location was decent, but for that price, I could have stayed in Boulogne at a four-star hotel, as I did previously.

Amazing location, super close to the eiffel tower and the metro, the area felt safe, we had many bars and cafes around, pastries shops, cheese shops, in the morning there was a market around

Not their fault and its advertised but going up 4 floors with the luggage and no elevator is not too ideal

Location was very good to walk around and restaurants were there to have food.I loved the view from the room.

Nothing everything was spot on great place to stay little suggestion need a better shower curtain or tray because it floods was no issue for us though

We requested the Eiffel Tower view room upon booking but sadly this was out service due to maintenance. The room we were given was clean and a good size, bathroom was also clean and modern. Only downside was the mattress was not comfortable as slopped in the middle.

Lots of stairs and we were on the top floor. We were fine with this but others may struggle.

No privacy, lot of disturbances, no ventilation in toilet, no bin in room, rude staff member and also room bad is veriy small so i request for change my room but they didn’t take my request and the give me small broken bed for baby and take extra money for this

Very clean. In the heart of city. Very connected. Walk to eiffel.

You can barely walk the stairways with a carry on. Room was so tiny you can’t fit properly your luggage and walk around
