Pros +
- Loved the location and the staff are lovely.
- The young woman behind the desk during the day was a treasure. Pleasant and helpful, she made us feel welcome.
- The location was definitely the best part. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Cons -
- I didn¿t like the stairs as the elevator stops between floors and navigating the stairs was scary.
- When we checked in the young man behind the desk was not as welcoming - more focused on simply getting through our transaction. We didn't recall if we had booked breakfast in our booking. We asked and he said "no." He could have had us pay there.
- Room size was a bit too small for a 3-star hotel. I get that the location is very good, but I can't imagine how small a 2-star hotel is.

Excellent location, very close to many top Paris attractions and subway/RER station.
Very high sided bath top, no handrails. Could be difficult for those with limitations.

Cold welcome....but well...
Location!
Great location. Close to the train and the Seine River along with many restaurants and shopping.
I. Stayed about 4 yrs ago and the receptionist was very help
I got sick and couldn’t go
Location was excellent. Convenient to all Metro close byStaff was very nice. Rooms were excellent
The spiral staircase could be difficult for older less mobile individuals however there’s an elevator
We loved the location the most — just a 2-minute walk and Notre Dame appeared right in front of us. Overall, the room was small, and the exact room we stayed in wasn’t shown in the photos, but it was comfortable if you’re planning to stay there just for sleeping. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was very small, and the room we stayed in was not shown in the photos. It wasn’t very clean, even though they cleaned it every day. For the price, everything was normal.
It was cozy and clean . Very downtown as well.
It could be a little bit more spacious.
Perfect location, I love this street, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, comfortable beds, good breakfast
Shower was vary small
Great location.
Some rooms way better than others but you have to ask. This hotel is way overdue for renovation. Rooms are old. Breakfast is adequate but should be included for the price.
The location made all the difference. I loved being downtown Paris.
The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate.
The location and friendly staff.
Small bathroom. Tub/shower very difficult to step into and out of. Need a hand rail.
Room was so small... not comfirtable.. building was leaning to one side... walls were angled.. we hit our heads several times... very expensive.. not worth it
Location and friendly staff.
Beam in bathroom made it very difficult to use the toilet.
Location, Location, Location. In Latin Quarter, close to Seine and many fine restaurants and stores. Day staff very helpful, all staff friendly.
Night staff friendly but not so helpful. Room had some deferred maintenance; 3rd floor room was better than second. Elevator as expected, But the stairs! Elevator does not go to same levels as rooms, must then go up uneven tilted stairs. On 2nd floor no landing, elevator opens to stairs! Dangerous .
Location, location, location. Elevator present. 2/3 staff helpful.
2 of 3 staff very helpful. Third seemed bored with jobElevator great but then stairs to hall with rooms. Stairs lean sideways. Difficult with luggage. Sheets had blood stains, otherwise clean. Bath anything but handicap/senior friendly.
