It’s a well decorated place, with a dark but soft palette. Very sexy. Excellent for couples

The spa area wasn’t always available during opening times and the hammam didn’t work

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa was nice and the bar area looked lovely. We used Balard metro station which is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel to come to and from anywhere we wanted to go/visit.

We were a little surprised when we first entered our room and seen how close the bed was to the door, the rooms are slightly small, although they’re very sufficient for a short stay in Paris.

The property was very clean. The staff were very kind and professional. The room was comfortable and loved the view.

Staff were all amazing and friendly. Conditions of spa and room was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and the amount of times me and my girlfriend have said we will most definitely come back is countless honestly remarkable.

It was a cute Paris vibes hotel. We was earlier for check in but the our room was ready so they let us check in straight away. The buffet breakfast was beautiful and I loved the spa.

Great staff, comfortable, the pool and spa area were a real bonus.

The one small downside was the lack of good restaurants in walking distance, and the distance from central Paris. BUT we knew this, and the metro was really close by, which helped.

Check in should be more transparent from the start , they didn't inform us in the booking that they hold money and yet didn't explain the city tax but rather just said at check out , customer service is explaining from the beginning of any expenses and not at the end ,but other than that everything else was fantastic

The manager of the hotel was very rude he tride to kick us out of our room just because he did a mistake by double booking the room and he ruined our vacation by shouting at us in the morning at 7:00am (it was my first time visiting Paris to have a nice vacation) and I DID NOT HAVE ANY FUN BECAUSE OF HIM !!!!

Gorgeous and very clean!! Staff were lovely and our room had a surprise view of the Eiffel Tower at no extra cost.

Spa closed for 2 of our days for draining the pool :( but apart from that!

Disappointing

Pool was cold. Limited seating in the spa area therefore usually all taken.Rooms are cold.Rooms are two single beds pushed together.Whole wall shakes when neighbouring rooms close their door.No robes or slippers in the room. Had to request twice and when eventually received the robes were child size.Cleaners took our bath towels during cleaning and did not replace had to call for more.

Everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the room was clean, the spa was very nice, it's close to the metro station and public transport. The staff was so kind and helpful. Perfect service. We loved it.
