Staff were wonderful! The location was pleasant! The hotel was. near snd well kept! Merci beaucoup!

Hotel is in a great neighborhood. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very well located near many great shops and restaurants.

Hotel is closed to Eiffel Tower and so many restaurants everywhere,staff are all very friendly although room is very small but its clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back when I go back to Paris.

The location was awesome a 10 minute walk to the local attractions, Effiel Tower and the Trocadero.

But as you might expect from the price and US standards, a little bit spartan.

Our room was large and recently renovated. New bathroom. Lots of windows but quiet courtyard and on the top floor. Very nice reception staff. Wonderful location near Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Surpassed expectations.

Obviously, the location is fabulous, yet the room was also comfortable, with a generally cosy feel, and lovely old windows that could be opened to get a city feel. Although the bed was a single bed, not a queen or king size, it worked well for the purpose. There was a small desk where one could work, and the interior design, including the walls, was very appealing. The room had a big closet with lots of space for a single bedroom. Most importantly, the bathroom was excellent: a great shower, soft lighting, and generally well-composed, with one exception: the toilet seat in my particular room was a bit too close to the basin, so a person about 180 cm tall could not sit completely straight with their knees. That's an architectural error. Yet given everything else, that was okay. The price is affordable given the location.

A bigger bed would not be possible given the space, and since the price was slightly lower because it was a single room, that was okay. However, given those features and the fact that it was single-occupancy only, perhaps the price difference should be increased?

TheStaff was super friendly and efficient. We got our room much earlier which was appreciated after an overnight flight . A really pleasant and beautiful place !

Meriele (one of the staff member) cancelled my booking literally 2-3 days before the trip when other staff sent me a confirmation email 7 days ahead confirming everything is good and card has been authorized. This person would send me messages that card is not working you can use our link to register your card, but when I would send out an email to the hotel, the other hotel staff would say we tried it again and it worked fine, and they confirmed the booking.

Good location. Easy to get sites and metro/bus but be prepared to walk. Friendly staff. Was given a room with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you. A Lovely covered courtyard sitting area A wine dispenser, soda, water, some snacks for a fee available at lobby. Has a lift but would comfortably fit only 2 maybe 3 people with minimal luggage.

It’s very clean, very comfortable.The staff is really friendly And ready to help in anything you need. Location is great, close to the Eiffel Tower, metro station and lots of shops and stores on the same street.

We absolutely loved the location and the staff was super nice!

Parking was kinda tricky

Everything was amazing. I really loved the service, everyone was very attentive, especially Christine. I requested a room with a view of the tower, and they were able to accommodate my request. It made my stay even more special, as it was my first time in Paris. The location is perfect, with the Eiffel Tower within walking distance and easy transportation access to different areas. It was a very pleasant experience. My sincere thank you to the team.

Perfect location; very nice and charming hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception team. I got the room I wished for, and had Eiffel Tower View !

Location, ambience, service and my personal favorite was the Honesty Bar ! ?

Rooms are a bit small (but I think it is the standard in Paris..)

Great location, very clean rooms.

Booking.com showed this as property with parking facility - however, there was no parking or when called reception before arrival time - there was not much willingness to provide any parking guidance around in the neighborhood. We arrived just before midnight - expecting there would be a parking (as if it's your problem - why are you asking us for parking). Rooms were very clean but while entering there was this old wood smell there - asked reception for air-freshener - it was same sort of reply - that why are you asking for that - and No they don't have air-freshner. Otherwise, in the day reception was good and location very nice. Rooms quite small - but expected in the middle of Paris. Quite clean bathroom.

The location. The lounge was nice. The staff were kind.

There were a couple of ants that I found in my room, even though I was on the fifth floor. That was not fun. The elevator was also a bit small which made some trips to/from my room a bit difficult.

Very clean and spacious room in a great location, close to everything! Would stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience!
