Friendly staff, good location, modest room

I didn't realize you have to leave your key with front desk when you leave. They didn't seem sketchy, but just something I did not expect or like.

The guy behind the desk was very helpful. The hotel was an excellent place to stay.

This old beauty is perfectly positioned, was very quiet and we appreciated the bath after days of endless walking and sightseeing. It was very clean and all the desk staff were wonderful and helpful.

Our first front desk encounter upon arrival was pretty rude but luckily we did not encounter that chap again and everyone else was lovely.

The location is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My ring fell into the sink drain accidentally, and the plumber came to take it out even though it's Sunday. Very thankful cuz the ring is so important to me.

Spacious room- cleanness- well heated- location- comfy beds

rooms are small, old furniture and bathroom facilities, noisy from ventilation. you have to hand over the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel

The location is great, very close to Gare Saint Lazare, if you are coming from ORLY Metro line 14 drops you off right there. Super close to the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, etc.

The shower head was placed in a very weird way in the bathroom and it was really uncomfortable to shower.

Seemingly well ran and maintained. Location is excellent. 24/7 staff.

Sounds from hallway easily heard in room if people linger in hallway having a conversation.

Amazing location close to shopping, good restaurants, and grocery stores. Quiet sound proof room and comfy beds!

It would be great if there was a kettle in the room to make tea or a coffee machine.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.

It would be helpful to have some sort of railing to get in and out of the bathtub.

Staff were fantastic and very friendly + helpful when needed. Location was great. Our room was spotless and had great sound insolation despite facing a busy street.

Clean Comforts Location Staff

Hotel Du Printemps is centrally located in the shopping district of Paris. It’s right across Printemps and super close to the Saint Lazare train station. There is also a Metro right by the hotel. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars outside. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will come back and stay again.

The toiletries may use a little upgrade.

Location was great

I was not allowed to get order food in but after some talks I was finally allowed to. They made an exception which I found odd. No water no coffee machine.

Location

No basic amenities. No even a kettle to make a cup of tea. No Tv in the bedroom.No hairdryer of this century that kept falling apart. I had not seen one like that in years. Very hard to get in and out the kind of the bath tub built in a wall or something very strange.

The location was great, easy reach to metro.

The twin bed was a little tight and nothing was in minibar.

Bkfast was convenient to have there. Loved the feel of hotel, although old it was clean and comfortable. Nice location, near metro and bus stops. Staff very friendly and kind. Although we were near a very busy street, the room was very quiet.

Our tub/shower in our room was quite inconvenient. Very awkward to get in and out of, seemed a bit unsafe frankly.

The location gives you many options for transport and walk.

The metro station is just under the hotel and it’s annoying when start work.

Old fashioned which was lovely, exceptionally clean and large rooms and the staff were lovely. One receptionist who checked us in and recommended a restaurant for us was so lovely. Huge smile every time we saw him and just so welcoming.

Nothing it was all good. Suggestion : an option to ‘buy’ a tea/ coffee tray for the room

It is in the nice zone with many shopping store, restaurants and take uber was easy to get differents attractions.
