Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacre Coeur

location, very close to metro.

hotel is family friendly but location is not very kid friendly.

This is my second time staying here and we are planning to make this our hotel of choice whenever we visit Paris. I have recommended this hotel to others planning to travel to Paris.

The temperature of the room was not always comfortable.

Great amenities - gym, fitness center, and delish breakfast! I wish they informed us about the express breakfast option.

Located in montmarte area close to subway station. While montmarte area is good for its proximity to tourist spots, the location of the hotel was not in the family friendly area, its very next to the Moulin Rouge theatre which is like an adult area.

Rooms too small and not well designed. Bathroom were extremely tiny and sometimes unsafe.

Staff were great! Both day & night shifts. Room included a pair bathrobes & slippers. Mini refrigerator included 3 beverages, OJ/Coca Cola/Diet Coca Cola. These were included & restocked every day at no additional cost!

Hallways and room did have a odor. Somewhat of cigarettes & old musk. Room had somewhat outdated carpet. Should be replaced to match the modern décor. View of the Eiffel Tower was slightly disappointing & a bit misrepresented.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it continues to be a clean, safe, and lovely place to stay with easy access to metro stations and food. Highly recommend.

Rooms and beds are a good size. Breakfast was tasty and lots of good options

The little guy at reception with the brown hair was rude. Some hand soap in the bathroom would be very useful! If you're a light sleeper the noise from the road might keep you awake but luckily I didn't have this issue

The hotel was very clean, front desk was very kind, room was VERY spacious!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great! If you want to stay in Montmartre, this is a great place to stay.

The front desk person as not very pleasant or welcoming at all. Also the beds were hard as a rock and mine had a spring that stuck out in the middle and although I asked for them to change the mattress I had to push to have them do it.

Clean, friendly helpful staff and a great location

It's a 2 min walk to the Metro, plenty of items on the breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Sacre Couer & Dali museum. Lots of inexpensive restaurant and a G20 grocery nearby. Saved us a lot of money! All staff spoke English and were very helpful!

at front desk was so warm and helpful but professional at the same time. He made our trip!

Carpet in breakfast area needs to be changed!

the lounge bar was the best. Convenient location for the Metro, parking, and restaurants. We stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed looking at the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our bed.

More bathroom toiletries and bottles of water would have been nice.
