Good water pressure in the shower

Impossible to sleep - you can hear other guests breathing in their rooms as if they were lying in your bed! Walls made of sheet of paper and complete absence of sound isolation! Many guests coming during the night, tipsy and laughing loudly, I couldn’t feel really safe because of the noise.

    Convenient to station

No lift. No dining room. No bar. Cramped room. No lobby. No water.

    The location was great.

There is no elevator there and the rooms don’t have electrical kettle.our room was too small.

The room was okay and clean. The location was convenient, but you have to leave your room key at reception every time you leave the hotel.

Sadly it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep! The walls were paper thin, and we could hear our next door neighbours until 3am (+ people in the street). This made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing... I've seen many similar reviews on Google (I wish I checked it before), not as many on Booking.

It’s a little hotel, very well located and clean. The rooms are small but the size is OK for one or two nights.

Soundproofing is non existent and the receptionist soaks very loudly on the phone until very late. Even after being asked to lower his voice. This makes it difficult to sleep if you are on the first or second floor

    Super location and spotless

You had to hand in your key, but there was no safe in the room to keep items like passports secure.

Good location in a busy street next to Montparnasse. Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Very warm.

My appartment was right next to receptionist - walls thin as a paper, from early morning I heard people talking, ringing the bell, smashing the door extremely loudly. Isolation is bad so there is a lot of noise coming from the street (and I am not sensitive to noises but this was too much). Curtains are too small for windows and don’t close properly, so there is a lot of light during the night. Also, it is stated in website that check in is 11:30, but at 11:10 I received a call from receptionist asking to leave.

    Horrible

This is a an absolute fraud and the worst experience of my life with a hotel. They didn’t have a room for me and didn’t even reimburse me (yes you read that right - no room in the hotel I book but no reimbursement). They wanted to force me to go another hotel owned by the same owner, who is unbelievably rude and dishonest.

    Close to train station

The room is dirty. The rubbish bin was not emptied and there was even sanitary pad from a stranger... Noise from the street. The windows are blocking zero sound from outside. Extremely pricey room for this quality.

    Quiet, small and well situated.

    Good location

No A/C, and the only window opens directly onto a Chinese restaurant’s air vent — which blasts hot, greasy air straight into the room. The stench was unbearable; I could smell it even with the window shut, and it seeps through the walls. The smell actually clung to my clothes — I had to get everything washed afterward. The room wasn’t clean on arrival — I found some weird green liquid on the floor and bits of dirt near the entrance. The bed sheets had tiny black specks all over them, which was disgusting. The only thing halfway decent were the towels, and that’s saying something.

    Great location, that's about it

Very small room, paperthin walls, we could hear everything outside and mostly in the other rooms and corridor. No intimacy

    7JaniePosted on: 10-25-2025

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, we had to catch a train early in the morning to Bayonne. There were plenty of places around to get food.

Like most of Europe no air conditioner so the room was hot. We opened the window to help get air circulated.

The location is great. The service is efficient. The room is a bit small, but it has the essentials.

    7AdamPosted on: 10-17-2025

Location is close to Montparnasse station. Only 5 minute walk. Price is reasonable

Quite basic. No frills. Rooms are small. Shower is small

    Nice room, comfy bed

Bathroom was very very small, bit of a difficult location if your looking to be near eiffel tower/centre of paris, difficult to get big suitcases up the spiral stairs to get to room.

The street the whole feel the energy of everything. 2 metro stations right by one another it was my first time in France and it was everything I expected and more.

Nothing to not like it's an amazing beautiful place
