The hotel rooms were not so good like i expected .

There is no lift facility in the hotel and when i book the room we have mentioned everything as give room at first floor. We have baby and baby buggy but they give the room at top floor without any lift facility. When we reached at hotel they ask for 100€ for reservations and we paid at hotel and they said its a reserve amount and when we check out they will release the amount but i never received that amount and when i ask to hotel they said they have already released the amount. But its been expect 27 days but didnt receive the amount.

Fabulous staff, comfortable room, clean. Excellent location.

The shampoo in sachets

Good location for a one-night stay close (but not too close) to gare de Nord & metro and some key sights such as Sacre Coeur, Place de Tertre and the rest of Montparnasse.

I hope to have next time a room with a little better view.

Good location. Short walk to two Metro lines and within walking distance of Gare du Nord. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (small additional charge). Good value for money.

There is a curved staircase to the rooms and no lift. This was fine for me, but might not be suitable for everyone.I found the local area safe, but it could be a bit intimidating for some people, especially around the station.

The room was nice

No lift and was put on the top floor of a thousand stairs even though I stressed my mobility issues. I was met with no solution!!!

Location is good, bedroom space is more than enough, available towels, tissues, one time cups, hangers.

Washing basins inside the bedroom is kind of annoying. Shower space is very little, not having anything inside the shower to put the shampoo or shower gel.

I don't understand why they don't give back the deposit. I work in a hotel as receptionist in Norway and I when I saw the reviews online I thought "maybe these people are being dramatic" because I know who guests can be .... However the rooms are tiny, the people at the reception have issues with understanding English, the bathroom tiles were broken before my arrival (and I went down to mention it) and yet they kept my deposit .... Very bad

Nice old building with some lovely original features

No lift!

Most of the staff were friendly.

Rooms weren’t soundproof; I could hear traffic outside from the ambulance sirens and I could hear a baby screaming from the room next door. The shower took a long time to become warm ( I caught a fever because of it). Pillows were uncomfortable and there was dust on the duvet covers.

The rooms were decent

I specifically booked this hotel because it said they offered an airport shuttle. I received an email confirming and asking for details, then immediately received another email claiming they actually don’t offer an airport shuttle. I asked again for clarification and once again was told they do not have an airport shuttle. When i was checking out i was told they actually do have an airport shuttle. Too much conflicting information from the staff. They called me a cab and i ended up paying 4x more than what they charge for the shuttle.

Very expensive, room smelled like sanitary water, staff at the breakfast was rude, you cannot control the temperature of the room

Polite staff and reception allowed an earlier check-in to room when it was ready

The spiral stairs with no lift is a bit awkward to get baggage up and down

Very convenient location and hospitable staff. The room was slightly small but very comfortable, with all necessary facilities available. Breakfast was tasty.

It a good location to all parts of the town . Easy routes accessible to get trains, metro or bus .

This hotel took my deposit because I placed a towel in the shower so my KIDS would not slip in when having a shower. They also told me I have damaged towels . Are towels not meant to be wet and dirty after using? I had a room with a sofa bed . Sat on the sofa to feed my baby and they told me because it has food stains they have charged me .

The quality of the room and breakfast

5th floor so steps got a bit much.Lovely hotel but nearest metro station is awful, very intimidating people waiting outside it

For me and the train options it was ideal - I know the area well, so know the plus and minus :) Sacre coeur is close and ever beautiful on the only hill in Paris - Close to Gare Du Nord and food options in Monmatre - good bars around Moulin Rouge and quick direct Metro access to Attractions (L'Arc - Nation - CDG Etoile etc.)

The usual throng of males selling cigs etc, towards Barbès - Rochechouart - always a kittle intimidating though they don't seem to bother passers by so much, but the doubt lingers

Mice hotel located close to metro, snd easy walking to Gare du Nord.Nice room, quiet and secure.Not too pleasant outside in the evening either street hawkers selling cheap cigarettes but hotel is safe and secure.

There is no elevator after walking all day it felt like a challenge to reach the fourth floor The washbasin is tiny and really hard to wash hands

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was beautiful, and it is in a great location.

We couldn't get the wifi to connect, and we weren't able to adjust the heating at all.
