Platine Hotel

Staff efficient , kind , helpful. No complaints at all. The hotel is beautifully done. The theme was executed perfectly. I would stay there again and again and tell my friends about it. The room I had was very small but so is the hotel. The bed great.

the honest bar is a great concept. Well decor, clean and very modern design and furniture.

The shower was amazing! Loved having air conditioning. The service was very nice and they helped us with some things we needed.

It would have been nicer for it to be closer to the Tower etc but that isn't something they can control. Airport shuttle would have been amazing.

The theme was really nice, the hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice also. Nice shower and lighting.

They said they only have rooms for 2 guests. This is not stated in the description of the hotel. It says that an additional fee will be charged for more than two guests, but that is not true.

The staff were amazing and very helpful! They quickly responded to all requests and even upgraded us to a superior room.

The rooms were small, but I'd expect that in Europe. I thought we'd be able to see the Eiffel Tower from our room but there was a large building blocking the view. The location is only a short walk or train ride away though so it wasn't a big deal.

We loved our stay at the Platine Hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the decor was wonderful!

The location was great, surrounded by shops and dining. Only 4 minute walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

The breakfast in the morning is great and I would highly recommend it. The spa amenities are also at your disposal while a guest.

The rooms are quite small and the bedding was stained in my room.

The staff was excellent...even accommodating my 2 daughters and me with an extra bed, although the king bed was more than adequate. Every query with the staff was dealt with efficiently and very friendly. Absolutely would recommend to stay again.

Location was perfect close to the Metro, only 3 mins walk. Safety area. Staffs at the reception is lovely friendly always welcome each time when you walk in to the lobby. Room has pretty much everything you need ( including sleepers )

Room is small, no space for bags when I and my hubby only had 2 luggages. Toilet is very small too. And smelly

I had the do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping knocked until I answered and then only knew French. I had no idea what they wanted but they should have followed the sign.

Different hotel with its Maryln Monroe theme. Thankfully, the bathrooms are bigger than usual European sizes. Good place & good staff overall.
