Hotel De France Invalides

A significant number of insects for our primary double room and single room after moving from the primary room. Hotel clerk noted my insect issues for the hotel manager to respond. After 10 days, no communication or compensation fr manager.

Hotel location was within walking distance of many attractions. Room was quiet.

Super small room. Toilet and shower/ sink were in different rooms. Front desk staff was hit and miss with being friendly.

The room met expectations. Clean, comfortable, and functional. The area is safe for a solo female and walkable to many popular sites.

The lobby and elevator smelled so strongly of vinegar, especially after cleaning. The concierge yelled at me.

The location, the staff, and the attention to what really matters like organic products, a water refill station, and proper customer service.

It could use a bit of a refurbish in the common areas, but not if it will compromise everything else they are doing right.

The staff are exceptionally helpful! Staff efforts to accommodate our needs are much appreciated. The location is perfect! The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The Invalides at night looks amazing!

The location wasn¿t too packed and the front desk attendants were really helpful and friendly.

The rooms are pretty small, be prepared for that.

On the 2nd night of a 3 night stay, the AC did not work on a hot summer day. They were not able to repair the unit after business hours, no other room to move me to since 100% full and did not provide a night at another property or even a fan.

Great location, capable and helpful staff, room was fine, breakfast was amazingly good ... all told, a good stay!

For some reason, the maid did not keep the fridge stocked with water bottles ... and, the head front desk guy, could be gruff at times ... but, he could also be very helpful ... other than that, I can't say anything bad about the place ...

The location of this hotel is prime and it is close to everything in the 7th.

We saw mold above the shower and our allergies flared up after a day of staying here. It is not possible to say the hotel alone is to blame for our allergies, but my partner and I both have verified sensitivities to mold and household allergens.

Multilingual staff are very accommodating and kind. Also great location close to Eiffel Tower and several restaurants

Small hotel rooms, but you get what you pay for

Beds were very comfortable. Location was good.

The lift is broken and no way to repair it. Being on the 4th floor was horrible. Could tell the hotel was old but room remodeled.

The hotel room was very deceiving compared to the photos online. The room was very small not enough space for 2 individuals. Staff was rude.

Not Much to like with this one.

Executive Room that costs more was very small and did not include breakfast. Location is about a 15 min walk to Effiel Tower. Dated Room and Interior. Strange Odors.

The staff were outstanding. So helpful, and accommodating. Always went a little extra mile to ensure a great stay.
