Hôtel 31 - Paris Tour Eiffel

Good location. Clean. Nice staff.

Lovely little hotel walking distance to Eiffel towers and shops and restaurants close by.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

The soundproofing is not very good.

Lots of food and shopping options around the hotel, the neighborhood is very vibrant.

There was a faint smell of sewer coming out of the bathroom. Closing the door between the bathroom and small sleeping area was essential.

Every morning we were hearing cleaning lady running around and she was making noise that was disgusting us

The location is great, very close to the bus and metro stations. Walking 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Close shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was too small. The room too. But convenient for us as we didn't have luggage.

The room did not have good sound and thermal insulation - we could hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms and it got cold fast. Also, the room had no heaters, only an A/C which was not controllable from the room but then reception fixed it.

Thought that we can find some place in the hotel to see a view of the eiffel.

The location was excellent for accessing public transport AND for walking to the Eiffel Tower and beyond. The room was neat clean and efficient. Cleaning staff did a really nice job each day.

The Hotel was nice and clean with nice smell. The room was comfortable and well arranged, staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Eiffel tower.

The location was great! Close to shops and food. Also close to metro. Walking distance to ET.

Bathroom window was odd. Definitely a bit uncomfortable as you could see the persons silhouette from the window as they change.

The property was easy to find and very accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the room was clean

We stayed at Paris Tour Eiffel, and it was perfect. The location was central, near metro stations, 20 mins walk to the Eiffel tower, and had many stores and cafes around. There was a wonderful farmer's market on Sundays two blocks away! The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved it here. When we come back, we are gonna rebook this place for sure. Thank you!

The location is excellent for visiting places in Paris especially if you like walking. There is also a great open air market under the bridge on Sundays.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Saturday market was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The room for 2 was small, but Ok for 2 women. It has an elevator, and the balcony was a bonus.

My 'delux' room was quite small with a tiny shower and bathroom area.
