Hotel Apolonia Paris Montmartre, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

The surrounding area of Montmartre is lovely and very walkable to cafes and sites. The hotel room was clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved that we could open the window inside the room and look out over the city.

The room was small and noisy because it was right next to the elevator. The bathroom was very small. Especially the shower was so small that an average sized women could barely turn around once inside.

The night staff at the desk were super kind, cheerful and outgoing. Great vibe. Nice lobby and even an outdoor space. Lots of bars, restaurants, etc., right out the door. Close to the metro.

Despite their professed protocol, they change out the towels everyday even if they are hung up - NOT GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! Rooms were really tiny. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fan (or it did not work.)

Staff was very friendly, delicious breakfast every morning, and cute decor. Location was good too once you initially find the hotel. The nearest Metro station is a few blocks away. Sacre Coeur is blocks away and Montmartre has lots of restaurants.

The room was barely bigger than a closet so was very cramped even for just two guests.

The location

Great location in Montmartre. You’re a 3 minute walk from Lamarck Metro. Maybe 15 minutes to the top of the hill/basilica. The staff was friendly. Good coffee machine downstairs. Comfy bed and nice shower.

The room was quite small, but for a more affordable option in Montmartre, it’s expected.

Good location, away from the very touristy areas but still had a lot in the neighborhood. It had a nice little courtyard. Very close to the Metro station. There was a breakfast option but we chose to eat nearby instead.

The rooms were extraordinarily small. The Metro station was close by (this is obviously not the fault of the hotel but important for travelers to know) the station was not easily accessible for my 81 year old mother as you must go up many flights of steps to reach the station and then down many flights of steps to reach the platform.

Cramped alley between rooms, but as expected.

Bathroom was extremely small. Shower stall was difficult to enter for a slightly larger person. No fridge no microwave which I should’ve made sure was listed, my fault but use to Canadian Best Westerns
