Hotel Les Théâtres

Excellent service from the staff, very quiet room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Not far from the Metro.

Room was too hot; thermometer didn?t control the heating properly. We opened the window.?.

Room small, no air conditioning but brought fan immediately.

The location to the Metro was nice. A 20 minute walk to The Eurostar

We were a party of 3, not 2. Ok, Told a bed cart would be extra $20/night. No problem. Then a note Left in room which later they said was wrong. In the end I checked out paying $-- plus taxes. I would have stayed elsewhere at that price.

Breakfast was good

The room was much smaller than pictured No room to walk around with two carry on suitcases.there was empty champagne bottles left in the room from the last guest that we were charged for. Also, room was entered when do not disturb sign was up. Bar charges

Room was clean

Hotel was extremely tiny, and located in a strange part of town. Not at all what I expect out of a four star hotel, located near the louvre. The louvre was a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was in a sketchy part of town with lots of homeless.

Room was nice but a bit small

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was small but nicely decorated and had a great updated bathroom.

The room layout was great, bed was comfortable. Free internet.

The hotel blocked out sports channels so you were forced to go to the lobby bar to watch the games during the Eurocup. One of the staff members at the front desk didn't seem welcoming. Made everything seem like a chore when we requested simple tasks.

The description does not meet the reality. This should not br listed under a 4 star hotel.

Shower leaked all over floor (bad door gasket) no matter what we did.

The location was good 2 days out of 3 breakfast was good

We booked 5 rooms all were small some had no shower privacy. Toiletries not replaced. Little room for clothes mostly lived from suitcase.

The only thing that was good was the proximity to transportation (access to the airport with line B and other Metro for City Landmarks access). All the rest was very bad and very expensive. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. More than one night transit it becomes a horrible experience.

Well - everything. To list all we did not like: the room is small and dirty - cockroaches in the sink, dust in all the corners, dirty carpets, mold in the bath area and rusty shower doors with tons of dirt on them, cracked and flooded ceilings, sewer smell in the shower and coming from the sinkhole that reached the bedroom since there is no door in-between, noise, slammed doors by the other guest, showering, flushing at any floor you could hear at any time (hard to sleep), etc ... The breakfast was bleak, all the cheapest and most dull (same things every morning), very bad coffee, etc ... imagine the worst that you and then don't book this dump.

Location was great, the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice considering we had to resqurdule our trip due to train cancelation and we didn't have flexible booking. Thank you for that.

Cob webs on the ceiling, the floor was damaged to the point you could trip on it. Basic breakfast. Definetely not a 4 star hotel.
