Located a little farther out than anticipated, but with the Metro stop right there, still very accessible. The staff was great and the room was newly updated and comfortable.

We were allowed to check in a little early so we could go to our reservation. Room was extremely clean and staff very friendly! Very close to metro !

Food was good and the pizza restaurant

Location was a bit far. Reception staff were not helpful . We were supposed to to have a big suite with separate rooms but we didnt.

The room was clean, spacious, nice, and cozy. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Thanks, Terry, for your help with getting me to the Uber and your generous hospitality. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom; it may have been the sewage, but the bathroom was clean, with a lot of towels and a variety of toiletries. It might be a minor issue to fix, but other than that everything was lovely.

The breakfast was superb! The rooms were larger than I am used to in Paris. And modern. But a still very charming place! And the bed was very, very good. A top place if you need to be in this neighbourhood.

I liked location, its near metro station. Room was clean, personals were so kind. If i go to paris again, i will stay here.

The hotel was at very good location considering the tube station is only 1 min away. The room was very spacious and clean which was very important to me. Also, the breakfast choice was very nice.

Location was excellent, the round clock front desk was convenient, room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly, the restaurant opened for long hours and the food was very good. Overall a very good experience.

Food was nice. Staffs were cordial. I think their housekeeping is on top of cleanliness.

There was no hot water on the first day. They fixed it. The hot water was not very hot it was just warm. Not sure if that’s their water temperature standard.

Next to Metro and Trams. Cheerful staff and very clean.

Great place, super friendly staff, very comfortable and bonus point for the restaurant downstairs serving Pizza.

The location is quite far from the center, not super convenient if you want to go around. The name of the hotel is a bit misleading as not at all in the Belle Ville neighbourhood.
