Hôtel LUX PICPUS

Very close to 4 different metro/RER lines. Can get anywhere in Paris in under 30'.Staff was always super helpful.Wifi is fast and reliable.

Rooms are small even for Paris standards.

Staff extra polite and attentive. Good location, close to Nation hub, and with a subway station next door. Sound proof window, I was on the second floor on the boulevard (not much traffic anyway), did not hear anything.

Room very small, even by Paris standards. Luckily I was alone (maybe the reason why I was assigned there), and at least I had a comfortable table to work at. Breakfast buffet minimalist (no veggies, no fruits).

I was sadly disappointed with this hotel. The neighborhood and the staff were great, but the room was really dirty. The walls were old and stained, the bathroom was dirty. It just wasn't at all like the pictures on Booking. I actually left on the first day to find cleaner accommodations- and didn't even get my money back.

The staff was very friendly, especially Fabrice. He was incredibly friendly and very attentive to us. He also gave us lots of suggestions for places to go. Also loved the view and the bed by the window

The shower head in our roomKept spraying water everywhere and that was pretty annoying to deal with. The beds were kind of too hard.

The room was larger than expected, comfortable beds, enough storage, hefty towels. The hotel was "old," but the room had been upgraded to more modern standards. We were on the 5th floor away from the street so it was quiet. The breakfast was adequate--better than most.

The location is perfect 2 min away from metro station, bus station just across the street and an RER station 7 mon walking distance. The staff were cheerful and very helpful .

Small elevator and bathroom??‍♀️

The location was perfect near to the metro with nice neighbourhood. The staff was friendly and it was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable however it was visible that the painting on the walls needs to be repaired. The breakfast was literally the same every day with not so many option so I would not recommend to have it.Overall it was a pleasant stay and definitely would love to return next time.

Solid price - €85 - for a double-bed in a clean hotel room near Nation. Double bed was comfortable, with good shower pressure & hot water.

Beautiful location close to metro. Surrounding is perfect where we can find cafés and pharmacy and boulangerie and all needed... rooms are soundproof and clean. Staff are very helpful , polite and kind. There is always someone at the reception. The view from my room was amazing

Toilet and shower too tight can't fit at all. Elevator is small for 2 with no luggage.

Good value for a short stay. Of course, the room size is tiny, but as long as you know what you are signing up for, the excellent location and the absolutely amazing staff more than make up for it. Perfect for a good night's rest and then off to travel again.

Enough space (in comparison to other hotels in Paris at the same price range), elevator is available, staff is polite and helpful.

Location was ok. Close to metro and buses, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

The place is not 3 starts. The rooms are tiny, walls are dirty, the hotel is dirty and under construction The lift was broken for all three days. Bathroom was super tiny

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They very graciously gave my older parents an upgrade on their room so they had more space. The hotel was a good size and it has a great location in a neighborhood that has everything you need. It was so nice to be away from the tourists and crowds. A ten minute walk to all the train lines.

The breakfast is wonderful, esp the croissants.

Upon arrival we found out that the hotel does not provide the parking the Booking website claims it does. If you need parking, do not book this hotel. There are only a small number of very tiny "boites" (boxes) that require booking well in advance directly through the hotel, not to mention considerable skill to get into, even for a small car.

The room is extremely small. We couldn’t even move properly and put our stuff. However, it is clean, near to restaurants and bars, staff is friendly. The main concern was the size of the room which caused discomfort.

The location was in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, with very good access to public transit. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had decent pressure even on the 7th floor. The room was exactly as represented and perfectly suitable for one person, although it would probably be a bit small for two. Except for a night when there were some noisy neighbors, it was very quiet.

Very close to the metro station Nation (many main lines) and right next to the station Picpus. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Front desk 24/7.
