ibis Styles Paris Gare De Lyon TGV

Great location, down the street from Gare de Lyon. Metro stop right outside the hotel. We were on the 5th floor, and my room window opened to a charming street view. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. We could get filtered water, sparking water, and hot drinks in the dining room at any time. Breakfast was very good. Good value for the money.

Normally, bellboys are available in hotels to help with luggage and bags, but unfortunately no one was there to assist us. It was quite difficult for us because we were traveling as a family with our daughter and had nearly five bags to carry. Other than that, the location is perfect and the breakfast was very good.

Location was great and very near gare de lyon train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Croissant was delecious. All day free coffee and water. We come early than check in time but staff allow us to goin.

Size of room quite small. Table in the room very small. Also shower room dont have place for placed anythings.

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. It was just a quick walk. The room was small but had everything I needed and was exceptionally clean. I slept very well and breakfast the next morning was very nice. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.

The room was very small but extremely well planned. I liked the fixtures and vintage architectural accents mixed with the modern minimalist functionality.

My hairdryer no longer functioned. The bathroom door was hard to open.

Location! Cozy room! Value for money...

For breakfast, more options for vegetarians, especially for those arriving from the Asian countries, should be included.

Great hotel in an excellent part of the city, very close to the metro station. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is steps from the metro station. This made traveling around Paris very easy. The staff was also excellent. Very frendly and helpful when I asked questions. Overall, this is a quality hotel is a great location.

Mattress not too comfortable

Ideal location for station for onward journey to southern Europe. A short walk to the banks of the Seine and Notte Dame.The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we were able to access all hot and cold drinks throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and leaving our luggage safely with them whilst we awaited our onward train was a bonus. Highly recommended and we will be revisiting.

Ideal location to access Gare de Lyon in a sec

I wish there was a door to the bathroom (as I would not share a room there), and a tall mirror in the room. Minimal space to store clothes too, so it’s basically a one-nighter before an early train or after a late one as far as I am concerned.

Location, facility, decor, the staff super friendly, breakfast rich and tasty.

It was perfect tidy and great breakfast, plenty of variety. Great price and close to metro station.

The only thing that we were not happy with was we had to go downstairs to get wifi ?

The room was clean, modern, quiet and confortable. The location was excellent.The access to the metro station was literally a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel. It made getting around Paris easy!!! Absolutely loved the French breakfast as well! I have to mention the staff, most spoke English and they all were friendly and extra helpful.

There was no in-house laundry services. We stayed five nights and had to use the services around the street corner.

Of all the places we stayed over 4 weeks, this was the most expensive for the least value. The elevator did not work so we had to schlep 4 bags up 4 flights of winding stairs. My impression was that this was not an unusual situation. The staff helped carry bags and they were very friendly and trying to make the best of a bad situation. How does such a big hotel have only one tiny elevator. The room was tiny tiny. No coffee maker and the breakfast was very average. The design of the hotel is not good. Very narrow hallways and very cramped room. We were on the street side so there was constant street noise, but welcome to Paris.
