The location is great. Beautiful neighborhood. 24 hour manned reception with helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room with a bigger bed. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel rooms in Paris are very small, and this hotel was no exception, however it was very beautifully decorated, pleasant and romantic. Very recommended for couples.

Location couldn’t be more central, but felt like a secret for locals only. Staff were impeccably professional, polite and friendly.

The breakfast I had was wonderful! The staff was so kind to me and my new wife. They left flowers and a card for us in our room. Very generous!

Location is fantastic!! Hotel is just lovely with a warm welcoming feeling upon entering. The front desk staff were so very kind and friendly. Our room was well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely return on our next trip to Paris and will highly recommend this charming hotel to our friends and colleagues. It’s Paris- so rooms are small but have everything you need.

Second time staying here, was already familiar with the location, which is mainly why we chose this property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and bath/shower is somewhat awkward to get in and out of.

Bathtub/shower is an ungainly and awkward step into and out of. Of course the shower portion has to be controlled by a wand that often doesn't point in the correct direction.

Location is top notch. While small, the room had very comfortable beds with quality linens; lighting in the bathroom was really good, towels were exceptionally large and fluffy. Bath products were plentiful and full size.

The closet interior was dark, making it difficult to distinguish dark clothing unless taken out to view.A

The hotel is on a quiet street full of restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame. The staff was helpful at all times. We did enjoy the complimentary coffee and cake in the lobby each afternoon.

The rooms are small but we really only slept there.

The room had a lot of character and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The duvet was a bit large and became awkward.

Our room was unbelievably small, I felt really cramped our whole stay. The lobby area is decorated in a charming way, but is also off-cuttingly cramped and small. Staff said it was their largest room, which find hard to believe and if true, really problematic.

The location and the staff plus our room #44 was very comfortable.

The hotel is in the perfect location. I had a nice room, which was bigger that other rooms I've had in Paris.

My only complaint was that I asked if the hotel would call us a taxi to go to the train station the next morning and they said sure, it would be 50 euros. Having taken a taxi there from the train station, this was about 3 times what a taxi should cost. I just called an Uber the next morning and it was under $20 euros. So, this left me with the impression that the hotel would be collecting the difference between what the taxi actually cost and what they planned to charge me for the service. It was kind of a reminder that one always needs to be on the lookout for price gouging.

Location - quiet neighborhood in the late evening when it matters. Short walk to two different Metro stations and hop-on-hop-off boat. Lots of good restaurants in easy walking distance, some only yards from the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast option was pleasant, but a bit pricy.

Room was very nice, but quite tight. Not unreasonable given the market for nice hotels like this one.
