Hotel Terminus Montparnasse was a great choice! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, very central and close to the metro and several bus routes, which made it easy for us to explore Paris. We enjoyed touring the city using buses 82, 92, and 95, and even took the metro to Disneyland. Another bonus was having one of France’s popular restaurants right next door — it made our stay even more enjoyable!

They were scaffolding outside the hotel, upon arrival, we missed it a few times with the taxi driver.

The location was very good, and had good connection with places to visit. We had a fantastic time here me and my husband,the staff where very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend.

They charged me security deposit and was never returned, they asked me to pay again even though I had already paid online

The hotel is perfectly located (right by Montparnasse train and tube stations). There are lots of restaurants (the famois bouillon Chartier) shops and supermarkets around. Our rooms were located on the 5th floor of the building with a lift. Rooms were spacious, comfy (with a bathtub!)and quiet for being só central. The staff was especially attentive to our various demands. A small breakfast buffet is available for an extra fee (convenient but not great value for money).

This was a last minute booking on NYE. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and shower was good. Buffet breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location not a long walk to Les Invalides.

The hotel is covered in scaffolding but this wasn't an issue as no construction work happening in NYE.

I didnt like the attitude and behaviour of the person on reception he is very disrespectful person so we cancel our stay and involve booking.com they quarrenty us they will refund our amount

It’s a nice place to stay for exploring Paris. Friendly staff, good service, clean facilities. Metro station is basically on your doorstep. Thanks.

In the centre of Paris convenient for the sights. Comfortable and bars and restaurants nearby

No water closet on the toilet. Only one person could use the elevator at a time. Small room and small corridors. Very dissatisfied. And I have not got my deposit back from the hotel.

Good location, favourable price, bathroom was OK. The rest was negative....

The worst experience ever!1. Neverending noise from the underground, every 2 minutes strong vibrations all day and night, almost no sleep.2. Terrible smell from smoke3. Very dirty carpet in the room probably the source of the bad smell4. Blocked view from the window due to the facade renovation - see the photoI asked for another room, I was told that all rooms were booked.If I knew this before, I would have never booked this hotel (I would expect to mention at Booking.com in advance).I know I will never come back!

The proximity to the train station was convenient for a one-night-stay if you want to take the train the next day. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.

I am afraid I can’t recommend a stay in this hotel, or at least in the room I was in (11), because of its proximity to the metro tubes, so I was hearing the metro passing by and the room vibrated with noise every 2 minutes until 2 am and it woke me up around 6:30 am. The noise from the restaurants just below the hotel was so annoying and the walls are very thin so I could hear everything from the room next to mine. The shower needs a drape because the water from the shower was scattered everywhere.
