Very cool and Paris boutique hotel

Street level noise. The windows to our room was right on the street, several people stopped to smoke and chat at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Boutique hotel with 27 apartments, 4 floors, 1 lift. Staff excellent, extremely attentive and polite, all. Next to the subway station and several restaurants. Very good location

close to major metro lines & restaurants, quiet, safe, friendly staff, and small cafe downstairs where I could enjoy coffee and croissants. Water pressure in shower was fantastic as well

room is a bit small however that is expected for Parisian hotels.

Difficult to keep the twin beds together to make one large bed for two. Otherwise beds were comfortable.

Great, large room, clean and friendly. Staff was knowledgable they made our trip better because of it. Much better than I expected, cannot wait until our next visit. We will stay there again.

Great staff, all very friendly and helpful, from breakfast to navigating Paris. Our room was a premium room and so nice. By American standards it was average size, but by Paris standards it was large. The shower was amazing. The bed was firm.

Just be aware that breakfast costs $15 per person. Since it's a continental breakfast, although a really tasty breakfast, we assumed it was free. The notes they left us just told us when breakfast was served. We didn't know about the fee until checkout.

Nice location, clean room, great breakfast

Too small elevator scared me first. But it was okay later.

The staff was involved with us daily. Each person working there seemed to almost become a friend as each day passed. They were as helpful and pleasant as possible. We were easily able to walk to many of the things we wanted to experience.

Everything was wonderful! No negatives at all.

The hotel is nicely located, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was nicely decorated, clean, cosy and with comfortable bedding.

Not really a good hotel...

The elevator can only accommodate one person with one piece of luggage at a time and operates very slowly. We were also assigned a room on the 5th floor, where there is no elevator access, which was very difficult for my husband as he suffers from knee pain. Additionally, the bathtub does not drain properly during use, and the shower hose is damaged. The location is also inconvenient, as it requires a long walk to reach the nearest metro station and bus stops. Although the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, the condition of the facilities feels closer to a 2-star experience.Awkward.

This is the biggest hotel room I have ever seen in Paris! The room was exceptionally quiet even with the window open, we had a very large, super comfortable bed and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast is set and served to you, for us it was too much food (boiled egg, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit salad, coffee/tea, juice) - but all very tasty. An easy walk to Gare du Nord or l'Est and in a great location with restaurants and the metro etc. nearby.

It's pricey (but this is Paris!).

No kettle and the bags in the room

Good location for shopping, traditional French restaurants and iconic buildings.Staff were friendly and helpful however the facilities did not match the rating. There was no kettle or cups for hot drinks in the bedroom. A kettle and cups were provided when we asked. The TV was basic and did not have any English speaking channels. The bathroom needed a decent shower curtain as shower barrier was inadequate.

It was clean, had a nice deco and a calm atmosphere. Staff were also friendly and helpful

Lovely boutique hotel in a little out of the way neighborhood but close to everything.

Excellent location, friendly people.

Smallish rooms, open bath tub, no shower cabin.
