    Pros +

    • The Hotel is located in a great place, near a subway station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. It's easy to get by around it and it's on a 20 minutes walk from the major attractions in the city.
    • Excellent location for train and restaurants
    • Easy walk from gare Montparnasse on the way is Monoprix so we stopped for water and was able to check in late 11pm due to a train delay. Room was pleasant and clean and although on top of a bar the noise wasn’t too disruptive.

    Cons -

    • The hotel is nothing like on the photos. Beginning with an awkwardly small staircase, we were suited on the third floor in a room which had a bed for two, a desk and a wardrobe for two jackets. It was an inner room so the window looked into the the patio of the building. The bathroom was the smallest I ever seen, I'm 1,70m and I couldn't sit properly on the toilet due to hitting myself in the sink. The other thing was the temperature. The room doesn't have AC but a radiator. When we arrived in Paris, it was around 0 degrees Celsius and it was cold in the room even when the radiator was turned on. When we asked if we can turn up the radiator to warm up, the person on reception said "No heat", so the room was a bit cold through our whole stay.
    • Scruffy entrance
    • Bathroom doesn’t have a window or fan had to open the window for air flow.

    Cheap and very well positioned

Super mall room, super small bed. The walls are too thin and can hear all the neighbors walking around, talking on the phone and their alarms in the morning. One dodgy thing is that you have to hand them the keys to your room everytime you leave the building.

Close proximity to the train station

Very noisy. There’s a bar & loud music outside on both sides of the hotel. My room is facing the street so I heard people talking & music until late at night!

Excellent location for early morning train Window to courtyard. Overall, great value for money.

Walls are paper-thin. Can't eat food or drink beverages in the room officially (not a problem in Paris).

    We checked out two days...

The owner / manager was rude, narrow unsafe stairs a challenge to carry suitcases, no lift. No basic facilities like electric kettle, fridge, very small rooms. The back to open space don’t lock. Felt unsafe and insecure. It was scary staying there .

Simple hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation is ok for a short stay. Bars, restaurants, shops and market - all just at the entrance and around the corner. Close to Luxembourg gardens and still walking distance to some of the major touristic sites.

Facility needs some repairs [e.g. windows, hair dryer...] and renovation. Some rooms have quite small beds, not comfortable for two people. Very noisy, location is busy at night.

Just needed it for a layover in Paris so I could catch an early train the next day.

Run down and grotty. Bathroom tiles are covered in mould.

VERY WELL LOCATED AND REASONABLE SIZED ROOM.

CAN BE A BIT NOISY BECAUSE OF THE POPULAR EATERIES BELOW THE HOTEL. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A FAN/AIR CON IN THE ROOM WHEN IT GOT TOO HOT.

Near the station, plenty of good restaurants just outside.

Very basic, clean and a TV.Would not want to stay longer than 1 night.

    LocationTerrace in room.

Mold in bathroom. Terrible smell of mold.

Nothing other than location close to the station

No amenities, no assistance with luggage, noise from nearby rooms made it difficult to sleep. Dark shower.
