Hotel Viator - Gare De Lyon

I stayed at the hotel in the past. Good location for me

The room and the bathroom are tired and would need an update. Especially for the price I paid (even for Paris)

very small elevator. could not get it in without collapsing it and had stairs before getting to it making it very difficult for me to get to my room

The decor was a little old timey, but very clean and new! We were pleasantly surprised. The room was small, but had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Rare for paris! Great experience!

Rooms smell a bit stuffy

We needed to catch a very early train at the Gare de Lyon. This was the most economical hotel and quite close to the station. It turned out to be a very pleasant quick stop. The staff was friendly. The room was warm and nicely appointed. We took a hot shower in the early morning and were able to quickly get to our train.

Somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but plenty of other people around and the station was just across the street

Hotel is extremely clean and well organized. I love the decor style. The bathroom is the best, spacious and super clean. The bagage service is also very good. I forgot my sweater in the room and cleaning lady put it with my luggage. Thanks!

Excellent location for an early train from Gare de Lyon. Quiet because it is just off the main road. Good facilities for eating and shops and boulangeries for buying a picnic to take on the train.The room was a good size and the kettle very welcome

Great location, especially if you missed your train out of Gare de Lyon. Staff did their best to get us checked-in before the designated time. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very fast (~300Mb/s) Wifi.

Wonderful place to stay while in Paris. Central to everything, but still very quiet in the rooms. Rooms were comfortable and charming. The staff was very accommodating and kind.

Great location if taking the TGV to the south of France. The métro is right there too.

No usb ports in the room so needed to use my travel adapter.

The location next to Gare de Lyon and the lady at the front desk was really great

The rooms’ decoration is a bit old. However the bathroom was redone recently and very nicee.

Quiet, Very nice staff! Very helpful! And they were nice enough to speak English when we struggled our terrible French. I would recommend staying there. But this question is too long for me to answer.

Lift a bit small.

Well placed very near one of the bigger train and metro stations, clean and nice place. The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very atmospheric.

At some points during the day the shower stank of sewage; running some water solved the problem though.

Location by the Gare de Lyon for us was perfect. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful reception staff.
