It was a functional, adequate hotel. Nothing fancy. It is 1 block from the Brochant underground station. If you aren't looking to spend time in the room other than to sleep and shower, then this will meet your needs.

This hotel would not meet US 3-star ratings. It is somewhat out of the way. The lobby hallways are used as storage areas. The beds are pretty worn out.

This is not a 3 star by any mean. When you shower, waters comes from the Glass door. Mostly un-manned, so if you need some thing, you have to go to the other hotel which is next to this one. Little older.

Room smelled like smoke, staff was hard to track down even during business hours, beds extremely uncomfortable, other guests very noisy and inconsiderate, room very dirty

Check-in at during the day went fine and they had a room available for me when Iarrive a little early.

When I came back late at night I learned that my iphone did not get the wifi in my room on the top (5th floor). I had to go to the staircase or the lobby to use it. The hotel is paired with the Majestic (two doors down) for the "24 hour" front desk

Our stay at this hotel was overall satisfactory. The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist, who spoke with us easily in Spanish as well as in French, which was very helpful for us. The location of the hotel was also convenient; it was close to the metro and bus stations, with reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was very old, and I didn’t even feel like using it. There were also no slippers in the room, which made going to the bathroom and toilet a bit inconvenient. In addition, the breakfast was not very diverse.

We loved the neighborhood - very convenient for restaurants, groceries, pharmacy needs, buses. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful! It was quiet and affordable!

It was a little dated, but a great value overall.

Breakfast was good with wonderful staff who were very knowledgeable & helpful. Will definitely stay there again. It has a great location for travelers there is a close pharmacy, market, small markets, luggage store & electronic stores nearby which is wonderful to have if needed which are only 1-3 blocks away. It I was very appreciative to have luggage storage available for 2 days when I visited Dordogne. Thank you to all the staff who work there especially Victor! Thank you all!

Good location, helpful staff, arranged transport to airport for us

The room was very disappointing for the price point and rating. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in our room, so it felt like not that detail oriented from the beginning. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and was really slippery itself. Beds were of average comfort and the pillows were pretty flat. We had to move furniture to have access to outlets (otherwise there was only one outlet in a room for three).

Friendly staff, good value.The property is very close to bus and metro. There are many options for morning coffee and croissants within a block of the property. We would stay again. More power outlets than typical for this kind of property.

Elevator was a bit slow, but it worked. No coffee maker or tea kettle in the room.

Good location, near metro & bus station. Street is full of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets... Fantastic hotel staff they even help us to open luggage (broken code keylock on airport) and remind to reserve airport transfer.

One bedside lamp was not working

The staff was great, we got everything we needed for our stay.A few things to note: the beds are sliding, it is really uncomfortable for a couple; and you have a rule about changing towels, but you don't follow them- we left the towels on the hanger, but they were still changed. Good luck! I definitely will stay in this hotel next time.

I had the best experience with this hotel. First of all, the staff, everyone at the reception were incredibly nice, kind and friendly. Always ready for help, recommendations and generally a pleasant chat. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is easy to find and was very close to the metro. But also quite close to the sights with several metro stations. Also, the location is safe, quiet and there are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes. Everyone in the area is kind and smiling. I recommend and I will come again!

The bed is comfortable. The staff are nice.
