Early checkin, nice staff, location.

The furniture was old and showed its age, not a whole lot of thought seems to be put into room amenities. Finally, at best I would rate this 2.5 star hotel, and it should really be classified as a 2-star.

Great location, walking distance to most of the attractions. Rooms nicely renovated, small but standard for Paris. Shuttle to airport was great service.

Did feel overcharged for both breakfast and especially laundry service.

Room was small but reflects the reasonable price. Occasionally noisy in the rest of the hotel: walls are thin, plumbing etc. I could smell that someone was smoking from the next room. I am sensitive to this.

Location, staff and how the staff handled requests were great! Room was a bit small, and hard to move around the bed.

The room was ice cold though, but adding a heater helped, although this was needed to ask for during the very cold nights, instead of being added without asking.

Room was good. Small and tight but functional. The front desk team was good and helpful. Location is really great near the transit hub at Chatelet and the Louvre.

The room was on the small side, but the separate WC (with its own sink) from the shower room makes it convenient

Excellent location, friendly & helpful reception staff. Bedding is great and my room on 3rd floor was really quiet and dark- made for great sleep. Overall great value for money

Room decor is a tad antiquated. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.

It was out with the Hotel, but drilling going on in adjoining building at 8 am.Room was freezing reception had to give us heater.

The location is excellent, particularly if coming from CdG Airport as it is right next to Chatelet Les Halles station. It is also an excellent location for visiting central Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room overlooking the back of the hotel was quiet.

The hotel looks in need of complete redecorating and updating. The carpets are tired, worn, dirty and unattractive. The decor is out of date and tired. I won't be returning, as it is a bit depressing but it could easily be made more attractive and desirable.

The reception guy from Pakistan was very rude and racist And even threatened us and even called his friends at night to fight with us

A vivid neighborhood in Paris. Beautiful cozy hotel. Kind friendly personnel

Location of the hotel was the best part. equally close to 2 metro stations. Walking distance from Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Saved us a lot of time. Lifts. The staff was kind enough to let us use the kitchen during midnight hours. Rooms were clean. Good food options on the street, especially the bakery, helped us save a lot of time.

Room name was SUPERIOR COMFORT Double Room – City View.. but the room definitely didnt seem double room. the city view was only confined to the street and the front view blocked by the buildings on the opposite side of the road. the experience was good but the room was more like a single room with a double bed.
