small, clean, quiet, convenient to train stops & rue mouffetard. Staff was welcoming and helpful. All needed addl ameneties were very close by. window opened onto courtyard. We met six staffers, and each had something to offer to enhance our stay.

Very comfortable beds, location, elevator, air conditioning

This is not a fancy hotel - carpets were old/stained. Did not include breakfast even though it said it was included.

There were some stains in my room - it didn’t bother me that much, but I did notice it.

Wonderful location with lots of bakeries and good restaurants nearby. Multiple accesses to public transport nearby that will bring you to the most Paris attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small, but clean and cozy.

Unfortunately the walls were quite thin and we could hear the movement of the elevator, especially at night... But hopefully it was a technical issue and was fixed after our departure.

The shower was very small and old.

Super comfortable beds, excellent location and very friendly staff all around at every interaction. The breakfast was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the pastries and assortment of cheese. You are steps from 2 metro lines so you can access everything with ease.

We liked our stay very much. Yes, the room it's tiny but that's standard downtown Paris. I had the best sleep in years while traveling !

We found some old under clothes belong to someone I down the side of the bed and that it show that they didn’t clean it out good .

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly.

The room was dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The 2nd bed was a hospital bed. We asked for assitance with getting a Taxi cab and we the front desk person called a non-official taxi and we were charged 45 Euros from the Hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

Very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, with 2 convenient subway stations close by.Nice and rich breakfast, very good coffee and overall a good value for your money.The staff is nice and helpful, offers a lot of valuable information to get around the city, also good restaurant recommendations.

We rented a 3 person room, which was located in the back of the main hotel building, on the ground floor, with no view (the window was facing a very small courtyard). We were not expecting this, since the booking details did not specify this information and the pictures of the 3 people room were in fact from a different room.The subway passes exactly under the hotel, so there was a lot of vibration waking us up at night and early in the morning, when the service resumed.The room was small and crowded, overall pretty clean, with the exception of the space under the beds (I dropped my phone there and had to retrieve it), which was very dusty. They did provide fresh towels every day, which were clean, but very used and outworn - they had turned grey.The bathroom was big and spacious, but the shower was not separated in any way, it had only a courtain that could not keep the water from getting everywhere on the bathroom floor every time we showered. The tile in the shower area was affected by mold in some areas. The bathroom door was a slide door that did not lock nor close properly so there was basically no privacy.

Location location location! The location was fantastic! so close to so many cute bars and cafes that stayed open late. Also great thrifting nearby and only a 15 minute walk to Notredame. The beds were comfortable and our room was a very big. it had a separate living area and many windows that opened up.

The breakfast was okay and there were stains everywhere. The bedding was clean and you can tell it was switched out etc. but the carpets were stained pretty heavily from long term wear and tear.

The location was really nice. Nearby metro stations.

Hallways look a little shabby but not a big deal.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and the location was amazing! Especially to eat there’s a bunch of little restaurants in the streets next to it

The location isnt in the popular areas but i felt i liked that better as I preferred the shops in the area as a result. They are shops the average local would shop at.

Stains and hole in blinds and old worn furniture in hotel lobby was not the best first impression, the tub was a tiny old porcelain tub high off floor difficult to get in and out of without killing yourself. Hear everyone flush a toilet in the hotel .. the bathroom had no privacy- huge barely tinted glass that i could see more than just an outline of others in their washrooms so i knew i was exposed as well - very uncomfortable! Called me a cab from taxi that ripped me off 40 € to go 10 mins away and cost us only 13€ to come back later! ( the guy from hotel who called spoke to the taxi guy who picked us up and seemed to know him)

It's an old hotel in the centre of Paris. Room was small, but I knew that going in. Hotel staff were very friendly, my favourite bakery is down the street and I can walk through Les Arenes on the way to the Sorbonne (Jussieu)
