Room was very cold and small

Excellent location and very nice hotel. Breakfast was fairly basic but quality was good. We will certainly re-book at the hotel La Marianne for our next visit to Paris.

The property is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Great location easily accessible to many attractions.

Very warm and hospitable boutique experience! The hotel is excellently located, just a short walk from the buzz of the Champs-Élysées, yet tucked away enough to enjoy the silence and charm of Parisian bylanes

Lovely boutique hotel, a short distance from Champs Elysees. Very friendly staff. Well equipped room. The fire in reception was lovely to sit by to warm up and the complementary hot drinks machine was a nice touch.

Services and room size were not proportioned to the price of the room. Plus I needed some help with a very standard travel product I had forgotten and they had none.

My favorite part was the staff, they were all great but Pasquale, Nouria and the sweet lady in the breakfast were exceptional. They took really good care of us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. There were omelets, scrambled eggs and poached eggs daily along with fruit and vegetables. There was cheese and croissants. The coffee machine made many different options as well as hot chocolate which we utilized nightly.

The construction out front was noisy but won’t be there forever.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very close to the Champs-Élysées. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Emiliana and all the reception staff. They made sure our stay was a memorable one, and assisted with anything we needed.

The location was great.

I wanted the bathrobe changed. Also, I wanted water provided on the day 2. First day was provided.

It was clean, nice room, great location.

Housekeeping always disrupted our afternoon.

Amazing location, great room, super helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing. Will come again and again. We had two rooms both very clean and comfortable beds!

This gorgeous hotel is tucked away in a quiet side street not far from Champs Élysées Ave . It is very clean has comfortable beds & pillows. We were very grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room . Thank you to the lovely gentleman at the reception which we did not get his name. He was kind helpful & made us feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly & always greeted us with a smile . It is within short walking distance to Champs Élysées Ave . The breakfast was great & we had Tea /Coffee & water & yummy pastries 24/7 down in the main lounge /dining area. I highly recommend staying at Hǒtel Le Marianne !

Tucked away on a quiet street a stones throw from the Champs-Elysees. This hotel is a gem: quiet, clean, modern, friendly. I couldn’t fault it!

Nothing! It was perfect!

The staff was gracious and kind. And our family room was spectacular for European standards. It was very comfortable for a family of four, including two teens.

Overall it was a very Pleasant stay.The hotel was in a fantastic location everything was in walking distance.The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Disappointing Service for the Price (€400+/Night)We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but the service was far below expectations—especially for a 4-star property charging over €400 per night. Upon arrival late at night, the front desk staff showed no warmth or willingness to assist. We were simply handed the room key after payment, with no greeting or offer to help with our luggage (we had 2 large suitcases each). When we tried to scan the QR code for Paris tourist maps, the staff rudely accused us of "no right to film anyone," even though we were clearly just scanning the code. What’s more, when we mentioned that no one even held the door or luggages for us (a basic courtesy), the response was, "This isn’t a 5-star hotel." That’s not an excuse—even budget hotels often provide better hospitality. For this price, we expected at least minimal effort to make guests feel welcome. The room itself was fine and staff worked during the day were okay, but the lack of basic customer care ruined our first impression. Management should retrain staff on professionalism and guest service.
