Free parking, you do need to message the hotel and let them know you will be needing it.

Location received high marks from others, but we happened to visit during the transit strike so there was no metro service available making it a 3 mile walk to main attractions. Closest attraction to this hotel is Catacombs which is a mile away.

Very nice room

The whole parking situation was a little complex. You need to find street parking 1st to check in and get instructions on where the parking facility is. Then for check out you need to do the same because you have to return a parking pass/card.

In a great location, very close to metros, free parking

It could have been a bit cleaner, but it was nothing crazy.

The room was spacious, and lovely. Clean, towels were changed daily if required. Lovely kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob, basic kitchen utensils Metro station 5 min. walk away, good connection to Paris town centre. Parking is at the next corner, closed underground with reserved places for this hotel and free which saved us .a great deal of money. Deposit was taken for the parking garage card but as easily returned back at the end of our stay. Very lovely place.

Outdated property. Shower head broken and had to be wrapped on the column so it can stay. Overflow shower and water would enter into the room. Need to be fixed long time ago.

not super clean, bathroom you can notice the dirt around the corners and some blood on the wall.

The worst hotel that we ever stayed! How can Booking.com can accept all this junk hotels?

Part of the staff does not speak English, very dirty and old, heating doesn’t work, water from shower coming out in the room, pillows very uncomfortable, bathroom door cracked when opening and closing, bathroom heating doesn’t work as well and extremely dirty, the towels were dirty and had wholes in them, the sink is clogged, on corridors smelled like cigarettes, the worst experience!

The cleaning lady was nice and replaced the dirty laundry.

The room was quite dirty, particularly the floor, and it was much smaller than shown in the pictures.

Location was great, there is a bus station near. A lot of small stores around. Staff was friendy and you have free parking spot for your car.Free coffee 24/7 was a nice touch too.

We almost died in bad smell. Mold was in the bathroom and it caused room to smell so bad. We opened the windows so it was bearable, but also it was cold with windows open.

Staff was rude on arrival and I couldn’t use the car park till after 3pm.

One member of the staff wasn't really friendly nearly shouted in the morning about the breakfast. The beding was the same during 3days no fair at all

The hotel is located near Tolbiac and Place d’Italie metro stations, so you gave direct connection to both Eiffel Tower and Notre Damne/Louvre. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We had a family room with a double bed and an extensible couch. The room has a kitchen included with everything needed. The coffee in the lobby is free and good. The breakfas was only 6€ (fresh croissant, fruit salad and yogurt). There is free parking in a garage nearby (50€ guarantee but you get the money back when you leave). I think overall the hotel was a good value for money, I would return there when I will revisit Paris

In the bathroom there were 2 sinks, from which 1 was not working propery, but the other was ok .

Good location as it was close to a bakery, restaurants, shops and metro station. Free unlimited hot drinks from the machine in the lobby. Free parking.

Parking was 2 streets away/ mins walk with no front of hotel parking bay for loading/unloading which made it difficult to carry all our luggage across 2 blocks. Booking price stated that taxes and fees are included, however, was requested to pay an additional city tax at check in for £30 for our stay which was unpleasant and a form of hidden charge.

Location was ok

In the pictures you see 3 beds but when you get there there’s actually a sofa bed which is horrible, not good value for money. We also had to ask for toilet paper bc room service didn’t realize 3 people needed more than 2 rolls for 3 nights, I don’t recommend it!

Nice design, comfortable bathroom and room layout.

Mattress very soft and uncomfortable. No kettle or proper cups to make tea. All located downstairs by reception.

Free coffees and thee, the terras was Nice. Location is ok metro nearby.

Shower was really primitive the door was broken (handle). The room was not verry clean. The hotel is crying for Some updates.

I chose the hotel mainly because of the parking option, that was good underground parking and close to the hotel. The hotel's location is also good, nice bakery close by (closed on Sat/Sun unfortunately), public transport is also not far.

The room had a bit of funny smell, as I read in other review there can be mold in the bathroom, it wasn't bad though. Staff is not cheerful, but it's okay, they are doing their job fine. The coffee machine was broken downstairs when I wanted to use it, next day was okay. Bedside light was not working well.

My checkout was 23rd October afternoon receptionist man is very aggressive It was rude and bad manners I complained many time that the rom micro was not working but no one came to fix it
