Room had a glass patio door between bedroom and bathroom, with a curtain, and it wasn?t even installed well, big gaps in the wall. And the shower wasn?t a shower - just a handle you have to hold yourself.

Great decor, the room was small but quiet. It had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Room was small

The staffs were so friendly and helpful; they had a coffee bar in the reception which was so sweet ? the place was good.

Breakfast got more bad every day and also i wished the rooms were a little bigger.

Comfortable beds and good location near by main train station.

I think The bathtub inside the room is not a good idea. It was the most difficult shower i have ever had.

It was close to the Gare du Nord and many restaurants and shops around.

The breakfast was poor. We didn’t have a variety.

Super close to Gare de Nord! Clean and updated. Greta place to call home base for a few days.

Don’t have any complaints

The location of the hotel could not have been better. I was traveling by train from London to Paris and it was a five minute walk from the station. The location was also very convenient for me getting to everything I wanted to do by walking or metro. Everything was ~20 min which was great! The staff was very helpful and attentive when I needed them. I did like that they controlled the entry to the building for security.

When they say cozy they are not lying, it is a small room. Personally I would not recommend the room I got for two people because just me alone I felt very confined at times with the inability to spread things out a bit. I would have liked better towels for sure. The towels provided were a bit scratchy and I think it's because they were just old.

They had a great hot beverage machine in the lobby. The staff was kind.

Such a small cozy, cute hotel. The room was really beautiful however it’s really small. But it was decorated really beautiful. Everything was extremely clean. The staff is amazing! It’s close to the metro and close to the train station. Very easy access to everything and very centrally located.

Very nice staff. Clean room.Enjoyed the free coffee stand.Location is very convenient but also very noisy at night.Bed was comfortable.Temperature control is good.Hot water is good.Altogether very pleasant due to kind welcoming staff with excellent English.

Breakfast is abysmal and a mess. Ended up skipping it at the end because it was not worth going down for a hard boiled egg, if even that, since everything runs out fast and noone is in a rush to replenish. Or maybe they cannot. The breakfast is in the connecting hotel and that hotel has more than 100 rooms and the staff at breakfast is a n=1 most of the time. I felt bad for them but it's a very poor excuse for "breakfast" both in quality and even being available. The staff is nice and tried.If you get a privileged room with a tub, be aware of the difficulties of washing unless you are an avid tub user- with no method for using the single short spray hose above you, without causing a mess in the room. The single tub is decorative and yet quite nonfunctional. Never saw a four star with sink in room, or such limited bathing options, even in Paris. It is charming but will be difficult for many.Finally: Noise, noise, noise. Three rooms in a small hallway and I was living with my neighbors who came and went all hours, with atrocious levels of noise. If it isn't the street noise all night, it's the hallway and elevator noise.

The breakfast was very good, great selection although it was a little confusing getting there. The room was clean and decently appointed.

The elevator was tiny, barely fit two people and luggage. And the room was very tight.

The staff were really polite, friendly, and attentive. They did everything they could for us. For example, when my feet hurt from walking too much, I asked for ice, and they brought it right away. The rooms were a bit small, but the design was nice and aesthetically pleasing. The location was excellent, with a subway nearby, a train to the airport, and plenty of places to eat.

The bathroom windows were transparent, which was a bit funny. Even if we were staying with my boyfriend, we might have private business in the bathroom. We went to the buffet in front of the hotel, got some paper bags and tape, and covered the windows ourselves haha Also, the room cleaning was not done every day but if you want it cleaned, they will clean it during the day. Last thing, I wish there was netflix on the tv.

We stayed here previously and the rooms have been updated very nicely.

The rooms are clearly missing decent insulation. One evening we heard people walking around above it. It woke me. Then at 5 am the next morning a neighboring guest was showing which was also very clear to hear and also woke me. I think the room reorganization could do with some tweaking. Lacks storage for toiletries and tight with suitcases. Did not like the transparent shower.

Convenient to train station, excellent breakfast, many decent restaurants in the area.

The size of the room didn’t match the pictures advertised. There was no place to unpack our luggage, and no place to store said bags. The only place to open our suitcases (one at a time), was on the bed.

Only a block from Gare du Nord! Best thing about the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. The room price was good for Paris!

I love the cleanliness of the room and its amenities. The location is perfect for access to Gare du Nord and for Montmartre. The front desk clerk gave me an excellent "locals" cafe recommendation.

The bed was so comfy and the shower was a good size. The room had everything we needed and was so convenient to Gare de Nord. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the whole city via metro.

A very small hotel room with everything that you need. We had to be close to the Gare du Nord train station and this hotel is walking distance. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Stylish, clean ,nice staff

The room we chose was not suitable for two people. There was hardly any space for multiple luggage. The sink was in the middle of the room, next to the bed and there was no space for toiletries. The bath tub was not large enough for an average adult, and no shower certain which allowed for water to go everywhere. The photos shown online were deceiving. We had to cut our stay short unfortunately.
