Hôtel des Pyrénées - Entre Bastille et Nation

good staff + clean

no aircon...

Bad

there was a bug in our bed that i found crawling on me... the bed made me itch

Convenient location

Not very clean Very small room and bathroom Poor view from the window

Clean. Nice room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Full length windows with Juliet balcony

Information sheet in room specified that fans were in all rooms. I couldn’t find mine so I asked at reception. I was told that they don’t supply fans, don’t have any and it doesn’t say that on the sheet. It was a heatwave so I had to sleep with a damp towel over me. Also the WiFi didn’t work on 6th floor

Host at the desk, really welcoming and helpful. Location perfect for us as we were catching a early train from gare du lyon and it was walkable. Would definitely stay here again, clean and comfortable. Hotel close to the metro and there are many bars and restaurants in the area.

Nothing, all good.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the city center, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, super close to the train, bus and underground stations. The hotel is cute, very clean, well maintained, with nice stuff. The room had everything I needed during the stay, with the comfy bed, blackout blinds and big enough closet. Perfect for the value of money!

The location is great, locals neighborhood with metro across the street. The room has a fridge and hot water carafe, and there is a good market nearby, so that was my breakfast.

The bathroom had a moldy odor and the shower had mold around the rim.

Location was very good

Cleaning…room was dusty and bathroom windows had mould

Great location in a very lively area full of restaurants and one step away from the metro

Room was too small for triple occupancy

It was near Gare de Lyon. (15 minutes walk)It had a fridge.Staff helpful.

Breakfast was limited to Coffee, Juice and some bread/Croissant

Very quiet rooms and clean beds.

Over active use of air freshener, bathroom needed small repairs.

24-hour check-in and location to metro station. Variety of restaurants around.

Nice location, cleaning services good

Comfortable & quiet - we had a room at the back

The shower door didn't close properly so it was impossible not to flood the bathroom floor & the shower head didn't stay in place.

Close to public transport and with a lot of bistros surrounding, fair value and good localization. The reception team was very friendly and helpful.

The room seems smaller but was not a big problem because we just get back to the room to sleep basically.

Well located, in a nice neighborhood, close to the subway.

Very grateful that after a long day of traveling when we arrived at the Hotel early, we’ll before check in, we were offered our room as it was ready. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and we were walking distance to restaurants etc
