Kimpton St Honore Paris

I loved the location and the staff at this hotel. I can¿t rave enough about the service we received staying here. The property is beautiful and is located in a central area. The room was clean and was maintained everyday. No complaints.

The one thing I wish they would pay more attention to is the American breakfast buffet. It was not bad, but more variety would have been nice to have. The room service menu was excellent and service was timely.

The road after 7 pm get stuck of traffic ( opera street ) the city should do something about it

The hotel was excellent. We had a wonderful room with a very comfortable bed and extra amenities. We also enjoyed the spa services, which were outstanding. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return in the future

i booked a deluxe twin bed room for extra 200-300€ and received the essential room! i was told they are the same by the receptionist, then why put in booking as different?

Location was excellent. The staff were great and the rooms were big for Paris. Easily accessible by public transport and close to the main attractions.

We had a fabulous stay at the Kimpton Hotel in Paris! The location is perfect close to shops, cafés, and great restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even arranging dinner reservations for us (which turned out amazing).Breakfast was excellent with the option of a buffet or à la carte, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern with a touch of Parisian charm.I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

Room was facing inner courtyard which was very loud at night due to the hotel restaurant playing music.

I really liked the location, it was very convenient and close to everything.

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, with strange entrances and floors, and the room felt quite small for the price.

We have been traveling to Paris a lot, always looking for a nice boutique hotel 5 stars not over priced, and this is it, really, true and sincere, this was amazing, everything is just great, nothing was outstanding, everything was great, service, room, staff, breakfast, location, it’s just the best great, I hope it won’t change, we are coming back !!!!

The location is excellent near shopping areas and not far from main city areas

I expect courtesy transport to and from the airport . There no tooth brush or paste and no shaving cream I expect the hotel to provide all personal bath room stuff every two days at least Providing these stuff once even if you stay for few days is not good service

Location is perfect. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff at the front desk very pleasant and kind. Nice big and soft towels in the bathroom. They were very kind and there was a gift toy from the hotel at the welcome for our baby which is a really nice touch.

The breakfast is an extreme disappointment. The buffet is very poor and the service we received our first day was unacceptable not only for a 5 star hotel. The waiter made us feel not welcome and we were very eager to leave. The next day I skipped breakfast but my wife went anyway and returned not long after as she said no one noticed her trying to get an order in so she left (it was a Saturday and much busier at breakfast than the previous day by her words so it felt understaffed). The next two days we didn't even bother going even though we paid for it. Also, we were there with a six month old baby and used the stroller a lot. Our room was on the third floor which is ok since there are enough elevators and they are fast, but there is a part of the hallway with 7-8 steps that you need to carry your strollers (with your baby most often) every single time so maybe if you are traveling with a stroller check so they put you in a room where there are no steps to get there.

We had reserved two rooms. The heaters in the room where our children were staying were not working. We informed them in the morning and after talking to the manager, the room was changed.
