Novotel Paris Porte De Versailles

Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and rooms, they gave us refillable bottles and each floor had a filtered water dispenser, rooftop bar and the eiffel tower view. Restaurants walking distance outside hotel.

The breakfast was horrible. Expensive for cold/frozen food. Have to make the eggs yourself in a pan. Flies were all over the food.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Had great recommendations, helped us make reservations. Super friendly and polite. Rooms were cleaned promptly every day. Restaurant on the roof had great staff as well, good food and beautiful view

This place is located pretty close to metro station and accessible to all places. Room was clean and spacious too. Everyone working were so helpful and friendly

This hotel was lovely, from the staff , the restaurant's the bar and rooms. Food was excellent in both restaurants but different.

do not like the layout of the bathroom with mirrored door and not fully closing door.

Queue to check, queue to breakfast, queue to check out, waiting time at lifts…and un appealing carpets in lobbies

Staff wasnt good . Staff was serving breakfast so rude .. on top break fast was so poor.

Staff should b more polite .. learn some manner how to deal with guests .. if guests want to sit on some where specific seat let them sit instead if argue..

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. The food was quality for €20. There was this amazing bread. Im very picky with food but they got me. Thanks to the front desk, Adel very nice bloke. The bar and restaurant at the top is amazing. The Gym is good. The Eiffel tower look out is brilliant. The rooms are big and confortable.

Nothing to be honest

The staff was very helpful. The roof restaurant,great view. Breakfast choice was good. The facility and the decorations were super elegant and modern.

When we checked in, the receptionist at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We wanted to eat Chinese food. We asked about the nearby Chinese restaurant, and he recommended his favourite Chinese restaurant and Korean restaurant. We went to 吉百合. The next day, we met him in the elevator and wanted to tell him that the taste was good. Thank you for his recommendation, but we got up too early to go to Disney and forgot to tell him. And I also wanna tell him that 吉 in Chinese means everything goes well and 百合 in Chinese is lily, the flower. Hope him all well as well.
