    Pros +

    • It is a beautiful small hotel: very comfortable, modern and located in the heart of Paris, in a very historic neighborhood. It is close to transportation, supermarket, laundromat, and ATMs, and lots of great food. Awesome staff, very attentive. Cute rooms
    • It was conveniently located to many restaurants and metro. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even offered us coffee or whatever we'd like to drink, upon our arrival. The room (although small) was very clean.
    • The staff was very friendly and helpful!

    Cons -

    • Breakfast could be better
    • There was no outlet in the bathroom! Not sure about the design or why that happened, but it was a little inconvenient. And the hair dryer was something out of the 1950's lol, but other than that, it was very nice.
    • It was too expensive, and also there was another fee i did not aware of until last minutes of the check out.I did not know how to use the shower, if i had to used it properly the floor could have been flooded. The room was really small. But it was clean. i like the towels i used in the shower room, they smell nice.

Great location, clean updated hotel, many stores and restaurants nearby and easy traveling. All around it was very good.

    Not aware of a problem

The staff was so great, they were very helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and surprisingly very quiet even though the hotel is the on a busy street. there are plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to and the 2 very close metro line, one of which was a 3 min walk, and the other 10 min walk. They also provide a decent breakfast which was a nice to have. Rooms have kettle and instant coffee.

honestly not much since I knew what I was getting into. It is a bit far from the touristy stuff, but you can get them by metro within 15-20 min.

The breakfast/ laundry guy was great. Wish I remembered his name.

Front desk staff were brusque. I will leave it there. Maybe it's just typical for Paris.

It's very convenient. The hotel faces Voltaire but our room was surprisingly quiet even with traffic. The staff are very friendly. The environment is very accommodating. We will stay again.

    The room was very small

The location is great, and the room was generally nice.

Room space is tight but workable. Hard to find a place to hang towels so we had to throw them over the TV and the bathroom door. Lastly, the city tax wasn't included in the booking price. This was an unpleasant surprise.

    Location, breakfast

Bathroom layout, too small getting to and using toilet

Very clean hotel that came completely as advertised and actually exceeded expectations. In a city like Paris, sometimes hotels can be very hit and miss and be far worse than how they look online. That was not the case here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was well-equipped and made great use of limited size. Location was excellent, as well. On Boulevard Voltaire and in the heart of the 11th, was walking distance to Bastille and Republique. And you're close to so many vibrant streets like Rue Roquette and Rue Breguet.

Nothing, it was actually a great stay and incredible value.

    Decent hotel.

Quite poorly welcomed by the staff for no reason. We were under the impression that we were disturbing him (we arrived at 8:45am). This is the first time this happened to us in Paris, even though we go there weekly.

This is a charming neighborhood hotel, locally owned. This was a last minute booking due to an unanticipated flight cancellation. We arrived after midnight, and the manager received us kindly and offered us a glass of wine as he checked us in. The room was small, it had all the amenities. You would want a small hotel. It is a well-worn facility, with comfortable beds, towels and bathrobes. The hotel is very quiet, and in very quiet neighborhood.

breakfast and the breakfast staff were absolutely outstanding! eggs sausage yogurt croissants ham and cheese juice and coffee tea! amazing! close to Metro!

    loved it all!

Very nice hotel and a wonderful breakfast. Good location, close to metro.

    8EvePosted on: 4-14-2025

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, complimentary drink on arrival was a great addition.

Room was fairly small but we only stayed one night so not really an issue for us.

    9RhonaPosted on: 3-18-2025

    Very comfortable, and clean.

The hot water system was broken, on the last day of our stay, so we were unable to have a shower. I did go to reception, and I think that I was the first person to complain, and they fixed it shortly afterwards, it it was too late by then, to have a shower.

    10GordonPosted on: 2-27-2025

Everything was good . Good hot water in the bathroom plenty of water pressure too. Lovely staff and breakfast.

    No English channels on tv

    9JeanPosted on: 2-22-2025

Room spacious enough for Paris, with table which I appreciate to be able to work - WIFI available and correct. Daily cleaning (some hotels / "apart hotels" initiated this bad habit of cleaning... once per week! But not here).

the elevator is very slow and the stairs are... perilous! More variety for the breakfast "buffet" (veggies, fruits) would be appreciated.
