Pros +
- Room was clean, well organized, with a desk to work and a big bathroom with shower and bathtub. The location is central and there are no noises. Breakfast was very good with eggs, croissants, yoghurt, etc.
- The staff were lovely. The location was fantastic, the room was clean and everything met out expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail that was made to all aspects of the room!
- Great room, quiet night, roomy shower. Very friendly staff.
Cons -
- The mattress could have been a bit firmer, but I'm just being picky. Everything was basically wonderful.
- I would’ve liked the view of the Eiffel Tower, but I’m sure it would’ve come with a hefty price tag
- Nothing I loved it all

Great room, quiet night, roomy shower. Very friendly staff.
Great comfy beds. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location
I ate breakfast at the cafés near the hotel and every single one I ate that was wonderful when I go to new cities I like to experience the food more than anything else so I never eat the breakfast at the hotel although I had seen their buffet and it looked very nice

Everything. The staff hotel rooms are clean beds are SO comfy.
Nothing I loved it all
Location is very center, the staff especially Nafissa was very helpful.
Very pleasant hotel in a perfect central Paris location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was wonderful extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.
1. Front office staff absolutely fantastic - friendly and super helpful. Our room was on the 6th Fl (601) but lift only reached the 5th Fl, however the staff helped bring to our room our 2 large sized suitcases. We definitely didn't expect this kind of service in France! (Note that if you choose a Balcony Room, they are only on the 6th FL, and only accessible via tight stairs from the 5th to 6th FL) Big Thanks to: Naffisa bringing up bags on our arrival and giving restaurant recommendations; Armin's(?) directions on going to Versailles; Armand's advice on taxi and trains; and Noah being so helpful on checkout and bringing down our big bags. Everyone was articulate in English.2. Location quite good - everywhere was easily walkable and many restaurants close by. Hotel in a peaceful quiet side road, right behind the Credit Lyonnais building.3. Decent room size - we chose a Superior Double Room with balcony (17 sq.m) for a bit more space due to our 2 large suitcases. It was a bit tight with the big bags, but manageable by having 1 open suitcase on floor, the other propped on luggage rack and half open against wall.4. Good bathroom size4. Downstairs Cafe - the hotel had a small breakfast cafe next to the check in. We didn't try the breakfast but the coffee machine drinks and tea were always available to in-house guests. We appreciated the good coffee and great hot cocoa to warm ourselves after coming in from the cold and a full day of walking.5. Good balcony - weather was cold when we stayed but I was able to relax on the balcony with evening drinks. Couldn't chill bottled drinks because no minibar fridge, so we chilled them on balcony instead.
1. No minibar fridge in the room.2. Bed mattress was a bit sunken on the right side3. Toilet shower - water pressure is good, but noticed that if someone turns on faucet in hand sink or flushes toilet, the temperature in shower becomes cold for a few seconds.

Close to Louvre and the city center. The employee was very smiling and helpful.
Rooms are small, breakfast place is small, check out process takes time.
Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is very central, but on a quiet street. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and reception was open 24/7. The room itself was pristine.
Excellent location, better than expected breakfast, very clean and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The price for this location in Paris was a great value.
The room size was very small, but we knew that when we booked it. The elevator was being worked on while we were there a few times which was annoying since there is only 1 and we were on the 4th floor.
I liked the location and the breakfast was very good. Our double room was large and comfortable
We had a problem with the tv turning itself on in the night. We raised it and it was never addressed
Location was great. Walked to many attractions. Generally 30 minutes. Bed comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. Reception staff (Noah) were helpful.
No airconditioning and it was hot the days we were there. Nice breeze from balcony door opening but then street noise.
The staff were great.
The rooms were REALLY small, and we paid $60 euros per night for an upgrade to get a room with a sofa.

Location was good. Walking or short uber ride to most activities. Lots of restaurants near by. Decent breakfast available.
The photo makes the room look much more spacious than it actually is. And there was no room for the bench at the foot of the bed in our room. They did not accommodate us as committed via messages so we had to wait next day to change rooms. A bit noisy. Although bathroom seemed upgraded, there was mold on the tiles in the shower and drain was very slow. No surfaces to put ANYTHING. Spouses was not happy.
