Felt it wasn’t really a 4 star hotel for the price we paid didn’t feel value.Everything was done in the microwave for breakfast coffee had to be warmed in the microwave eggs scrambled or omelette microwave.

Great hotel, nice area, kind staff

Little annoyed with the classic keys that I have to return every time I left the hotel, won’t cost a lot to change to smart cards, just a thought, great hotel though, really very recommended

Bathroom is fine, but they need to renovate the pipes. You are taking a shower and the water temperature goes from warm to super cold and super hot within seconds. Back and forth nonstop. That’s annoying. They also should switch to smart TVs instead of the old models. The TV in the room is small and only have a few channels in French only. No CNN or streaming like YouTube.

The location

It seems that our room was not properly cleaned and serviced during our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and noticed on the first night that one of the bathroom light bulbs was not working and that the shampoo and shower gel bottles were almost empty. We informed the front desk the following morning and again the morning after. However, these issues were unfortunately never addressed. They also didn’t provide fresh towels and some of the dirty towels were left in the bathroom during our stay….This was quite disappointing, especially given the high price we paid for a relatively small room. At the very least, we would have expected the basic room maintenance and service standards to be met.

I would prefer a regular outlet near the bed as not all my devices are charged with USB cords. I'd also recommend more lighting in the room.

Breakfast was fine

Asked a receptionist if i will have a bottle of water in my room - answer was "can't guarantee". There was the remnants of vinegar in the teapot - i understood that when i started drink my tea.

I badly burned myself badly because of the madly turned on radiator in the very small bathroom.

Location is excellent. Right on the M1 and so close many of the major sites. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had two twins and they took the whole room. The closet had ample shelves to make up for next to zero floor space. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The noise is a factor. Thin walls and ceilings and the action outside is definitely something you’ll hear inside. We were on the 5th floor and the 4 am music and revelry was hard to ignore. The 6:30 am construction next door even more!

the location is perfect because is on the south east par of Le Marais which gives you walking proximity to the other arrondismonts. Also has a metro access 20 steps from the entrance of the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was very small as was the bathroom. Not enough lights in the bedroom only 2 table lamps. A ceiling light would have been better. Noisy outside at night and in the morning due to works being carried out next door.

Spacious lobby, breakfast included. Accommodating to my mom’s needs. She uses a wheelchair and walking device. Very clean. Called a taxi for us for the airport and made everything easy for us.

Location was fantastic as the Marais area has so much to offer and the staff, including the front desk, and the breakfast servers were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating!!

We had a couple of issues in our five nights stay. The drain in both the sink and the shower were initially clogged. The staff quickly resolved the issue, but still an inconvenience. Our room was very small, yet pricey. It was difficult to maneuver around with the limited space, I know that space is a premium in Paris, but it would’ve been nice to have a larger room. The biggest issue, was the noise outside our room in the street that was audible for long stretches of the night. We had a room that faced the street which made it difficult to sleep.

Our room had a queen bed and was very large for its urban location. The bathroom had been recently updated and had a wonderful shower. The hotel was very near two Metro entrances, within 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame and lovely restaurants in the Marais or the Latin Quarter. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but the breakfast room looked lovely.

The elevator was an aging 1 or 2 person lift. We could not fit us and our luggage in one trip. Nice to have an elevator but figuring how to replace and retro fit a larger one should be in the 5 year plan.
