Location could not be beat. The people and the service they provided was great. Monsieur Sully was very helpful in making us comfortable.

Room did not have a proper closet.While the hotel is insulated for noise from the outside, the doors from adjacent rooms on our floor slammed loudly on a regular basis, including during sleeping hours.

The decor was drab. Our room was very small. Red velvet curtains and black interior didn’t help at all. The hallway wallpaper was purple and black. So dark and uninviting.. Breakfast area smelled like sewage. I expected much, much more for the value. Rooms need an updated renovation..

The location was great, close to restaurants and sights that we wanted to see. The room, although quite comfortable was on the smaller side but we were there for only one night and the bathroom was good with a good shower

The hotel is wonderfully located in a quiet street very close to Rue Rivoli and the metro. The room is not big, but very well equipt. The facilites are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and kind.

The room size was a bit small, bur all the facilities were very clean and new.

A fantastic location to soak up the atmosphere of Paris. The Seine is a few blocks away offering fantastic walks to major attractions including Notre Dame. The staff go over and above to help you. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

The morning staff were exceptional. When I tried to book a taxi the night before I happened to mention because it was an early departure would be great to grab a coffee and if possible, have some croissants waiting in the lobby sure enough when I came downstairs to leave at a little after seven the croissants waiting for me very thoughtful. I will recommend this property to others.
