We requested one double bed but got two twin beds that wouldn’t stay together while we sleeped

The hotel's location was extremely central. It’s an ideal hotel in terms of value for money. The breakfast was quite successful. The rooms were small but adequate. The water pressure was perfectly fine.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for towels twice, but they didn't bring any. The staff were friendly, but they were inadequate at fulfilling requests.

The hotels need some upgrading. Paint work very damaged in halls and room - looks quite scruffy. Also very loud in the hotel - all the rooms are immediately off the central staircase and there is a lot of noise when people come and go. Room was freezing - AC seemed to be broken.

Superb location for a few days off in Paris. Very nice hotel, with truly nice and genuine staff! Good breakfast. The room was nice and for Paris standards big enough ;) If you want a bigger room at that location, you need to be prepared to pay VERY high prices. Bathroom very nice!

For coffee afficionados only, this small critique: the breakfast coffee could be better - comes from an automatic machine, from coffee beans. Those never give the best quality of coffee, is my experience worldwide. I'd happily pay extra at breakfast for a REAL cappuccino or café au lait. If the hotel does not want to do that, at least consider upgrading the beans to less bitter and bland tasting ones. I know there is no accounting for tastes, but bitter coffee beans as standard are really starting to be a thing of the past - luckily.

Modern spacious room, in quiet location central to many parts of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers a good breakfast.

I stay here every time I’m in Paris. I discovered this little gem in 2016, and I don’t think I’ve missed a year since.The staff are the reason I keep coming back — in particular the wonderful Layal. She is absolutely lovely: warm, efficient, and endlessly helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her knowledge of the local area, restaurants, and hidden corners of Paris is invaluable. We enjoyed our short visit to Paris during the holidays. The hotel is in the percent location to explore the city. Thank you to Denis for his efficient service.

Upon check-in as a person in a wheelchair, I always look for hotels with elevators however, the elevator in this hotel only went to a certain floor number and you had to get off and take six stairs to get to the elevator again that would never have worked for me, but with the quick thinking of DENNIS at the desk he informed me they had a handicap room on the ground level. He then proceeded to call the people who had reserved it to ensure that they needed that type of room and they did not so we were able to switch. Dennis was very kind the entire stay and really went out of his way for my comfort and I thank him so much. In France, handicap rooms are listed as PMI so in the future if you’re handy cannot please keep an eye out for PMI rooms. The property was absolutely beautiful built in the 1600s. The beams in the room on the ceiling were just amazing and it’s decorated very very nice. Took less than five minutes to reach Notre Dame Cathedral’s entrance, which is located on the side of the building for handicap people as you walk up the street from the hotel it will be on the same side of the building that you’re facing.

Hotel is beautiful. Very well decorated, with lovely furnishings. Great location, in a quiet street but so close to everything. Staff on reception on 3rd and 5th were very polite and friendly.

The bed was really hard and the windows didn’t seem to open which made the room really warm

Clean and cozy hotel within walking distance to Norte Dame. Great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small but comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the extra touches that were offered like rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed and delicious macaroons, very Romantic!

Wonderful staff, especially Diane at the front desk. I usually stay at their other property in the Marais which I love but it had no room . This was also very good location at the tip of the Isle de St. Louis, many good restaurants and food shops.

I loved the old world boutique style which had a mixture of vintage with modern amenities!

Advertised a coffee maker but it was a kettle with instant coffee, I expected podsUncomfortable pillows and bed not the best Wifi broken but they kindly compensated for that
